World Teachers Day was celebrated yesterday, October 5. Recognizing teachers, encouraging individuals in the teaching profession, and increasing public awareness of the industry's problems is important. The event highlights the work's magnificence while advancing international standards for the teaching profession.
There are numerous ways to observe Teacher Appreciation Week. Other teachers receive various gifts, including chocolates, bags, and perfumes. They also make teachers happy and valued by sending them cards, pastries, and flowers.
When I worked in a private school, my students frequently sent me gifts. But since then, I have not received any gifts because I now teach in a public school and know that my students are members of the Aeta community, an established indigenous group in our area. However, receiving fruits and veggies that I know were grown with their labor makes me greatly happy.
Even though we lived in rural places, we had the opportunity to participate in World Teachers Day. Even though it is so simple, our hearts are overjoyed that they made an effort to show appreciation for us on this special day for teachers.
Together with their parents, our pupils contribute significantly to our program. They made a ton of seemingly insignificant but essential messages, gifts, and food. We appreciate all that they did. Despite being a simple celebration, they are precious to us.
We teachers and our school principal decided to travel to Olongapo City to eat at "Fiesta sa Baryo" after our school celebration. We're having dinner to commemorate Teacher's Day and solidify our bond.
During dinner, we realized that having a friend at work benefits the employee and the employer. Your coworkers can support you as you strive to better yourself, live a better life, and advance professionally. They can serve as your source of inspiration, but choose your friends wisely because they will help you improve personally and professionally.
I enjoy attending this event and socializing with my coworkers. Considering that I never felt like they were just my coworkers but rather a friend I could always rely on, mainly through difficult moments for everyone.
Work can get boring. Regardless of your work, you will likely become burned out at your job. Employees with friends are less prone to develop burnout than those without friends. Employees who are energized are more productive and content.
We are overjoyed to have had this kind of moment together. We strengthen our friendship and working relationship by having dinners like this one.
