For today's blog, I'm gonna share my birthday celebration. My birthday celebration was a massive blast! It was full of love and appreciation.🥹
I am a person who's always looking forward to special occasions, more especially, birthdays. I am always thinking of what great things would be made on those special days.
I always wanted to experience those special moments like “surprise” or even receive small efforts on my special day.
As a girlie who appears to be overlooked, my wish for my special day is to be seen. I have never felt extraordinary on my special day, it appears like a typical day to everyone. I have yearned to be appreciated—I never know that to be seen is very endearing.
When I stepped in my last teen years, I saw how individuals around me experienced those little treats from their loved ones. I never knew that I was starting to crave it—for once, I wanted to feel the love and appreciation of having me.
Perhaps, God replied to my wishes. Ever since I began to step into my college life, I never knew that individuals around me appreciate me so much. Individuals outside and inside of the campus acknowledge my presence so much—they continuously make me feel that I am always included, and they adore my personality.
I could say that my birthday this year was really special. It made my heart cry out of bliss. One of my friends is continuously talking about what we should do on that occasion since he wanted to celebrate that special event with me.

In any case, my birthday and the intramural of our school had the same date and he is an officer of the student committee of our campus. So he's always in need on campus to do the paperwork and to support our department. Other than that he never failed to surprise me. That time me and my classmates were practicing for our upcoming PATHFIT at that point he surprisingly appeared up with a bouquet in his hands. I was flabbergasted to receive such a superb gift from someone I had just known for months. Call me OA but at the time that I received it—it feels like I'm on cloud 9. I never received a gift before, so I'm truly in awe. But, there's more….
My friend told us that she'd be looking for books since, at that time, there was a stool inside our campus offering affordable books, and we knew that she loved books so much. So we accompanied her there. To my surprise, we stop on the jewelry stool, and as to how much she loves books, my love for gold jewelry is also overflowing. She told me that she noticed my gold hoops were slowly fading and as a birthday gift, she wanted me to choose the earrings that would catch my attention. She doesn't want to choose something for me, because what if I do not like the choice that she chose? I told her that anything would not be an issue for me because I am not an ungrateful person—who am I to dislike a gift from someone? But at that point again she let me choose for myself. I appreciate it so much!
One of my friends also treated me to a boba tea date after and before our practice, since she knows that I truly adore milk tea, especially red velvet.🥹 Ma'am jobeliever also notice that i truly love cosmetics and to my shock she told me to come to their house since she needed to give something. Of course , without any question and as someone who follows rules, I quickly come to their house. To my surprise, he gave me a parcel of things that I wanted and needed the most. I am really grateful for the things that I received this year.
I was also invited to my best friend's fiesta. There fiesta and my birthday celebration had the same date. So, we celebrate my birthday together; with our friends in there house — eating, talking and strolling together in their baranggay.
I also receive a lot of appreciation messages and as a girl who is used on listening harsh words, those gentle special messages dedicated to me really warms my heart. I never thought that I would give a positive impact on their life. As much as I love the gifts that I received, I really love those words of affirmations that I received from my special loved ones.
I never thought that to be loved is to be seen. I never knew that they would notice those small details that I love to talk about, the small things that can make my eyes twinkle or that can make my face lighten up. I never know that someone will show up some appreciation for me.🥹
To those very special individuals in my life, who can see more than just a pretty face, your keen eyes and genuine appreciation are what I am talking about here. The power you possess to watch the small details of things that no one else can see, just to show off lowly of things is an interesting and a valuable blessing. Your dedication for me goes beyond what is seen on the surface but it fronts deep into the most inner portion of my soul where genuine connection exists. Much appreciated again for seeing who I truly am and adoring me with all heart including my weaknesses. Thank you everyone! I appreciate you all<333
