This Holy Week happennings was first planned, once cancelled , moved and finally back to original plan because of conflict schedule of my sister who is a police officer. They are what so called Full Alert in Philippine National Police term. She cant take a leave to spend time with her son who is with my Mom all the way here in Manila and travelled for twelve hours.
April 5, 2023 my Mom and my Nephew arrived here in Manila. They spend their first and second day in Taguig City with my Brother and sister in law. They went to uptown mall and Venice Grand Canal and its was their first time. They enjoyed the beautiful place and ambiance especially the dancing fountain in uptown mall. Then at the Venice Grand Canal located in Mc Kinley hill and it was also the name of my nephew took pictures there.
On the third day until the last day they stayed in our home. We had an outing in the resort for 24 hours one of the resort in Laguna so that we are just nearby to the San Vicente Camp where my sister assigned. This resort was maintained cleaned and with 24 hours lifeguard. Because my sister has a connection we just availed na De Luxe Room which is just for 6 persons but we are 9 persons al and all for just six thousand five hundred pesos only (6,500). Inside na Comfort room there is mini pool and also a hot water same as with other pools outside.Pools was immediately replaced once it was used for 24 hours. We prepared a lot of foods like grill, fruits. chips, salads and breads. The resort provides free breakfast for all with room accomodations.
On the following day, we went to Mall of Asia to have shopping and eat out to my favorite dine in reataurant which is the Super bowl of china. But first we bought clothes in Uniqlo before we eat we went there around 10:30 in the morning. After eating lunch we went to SM department store. And there we bought clothes for my Mom and for our eldest sister.
Since we are already there, i urge them to go to IKEA which i always saw in videos of some famous bloggers. My brother told us there is a 10 pesos ice cream and bottomless drinks for 50 pesos only. I roam around the IKEA and it was a big store, i had bought a kitchenware surprisingly at very low price. I surely go back there when i need somethings which they had. Then after that we go home at around 6:30 in the evening.
Monday, April 10 is their last day in Manila time of travel was 8:30 in the evening so we still have time to bond.
My sister and her son and with my daughter they went to Festival mall to eat lunch. Then later on, me and my mom followed ther but we eat in Thai restaurant which is suitable for her because their food are more vegetables. My mom enjoyed the meal very much and my heart was also happy because i made happpy.
At 7:00 pm we already went to the bus terminal for them to go home. We leave early to avoid rush. And the bus arrived on time 8:23 PM so its time to say goodbye for now.
Well i almost forgot, the last time we meet with my mom was September 2019 that was before the pandemic almost 4 years. Because that time im always busy for the living when i change our career path so i can give to my mom all the she wants. So thats why did this time.
