Life as a Student

Going to school is part of our regular routine.
We will certainly cause a stir in the morning.
Even if it's still dark outside,

We have sprung into action at the crack of dawn, a precise 5am.

In our opinion, going to class is a waste of time.
All of us hate having to go to class every day.
Many parents report that "Fun times at school! Now, go!"
To which we reply, "Well, what do you know?"

It only took us being one minute late to have to quickly leave.
I woke up with my eyes only half open and my shoes untied.
When we get to school, we immediately recognize everyone.
The torture stops at once.

We talk it over and decide to just go with the flow.
As soon as the bell rings, it's time to leave.
Occasionally, school can be a burden for us.
The only way we'll be able to break the rules and have some fun is if we do so.

Argue with your professors and you'll be sent to detention.
There's no denying that we often get what we deserve.
At other times, they're warm and friendly, but usually they're as cold as ice.

What we learn from them, and the assistance they provide, is invaluable.
They're always there to lend an ear and offer support.
They've inspired a great deal of faith in us.
The only time it's acceptable is when they're not being overly severe.

Never in the history of schooling have we had so many opportunities for hands-on learning, in the form of camps, experiments, concerts, and other activities.
Thanks to what we've discovered, we were able to prevent tree destruction.

Someone once said out loud, "Success is failure turned inside out," which means you should keep fighting even when you feel like giving up.
Take a break if you need to, but don't give up!

School can feel like a torture chamber to some students.
But it all depends on our perspective of school, and some people just can't wait until December.
Really, without a doubt, going to school is fun.
