Hello there!! My lovely hivers It's been a month since I posted my last blog. I've been busy on my studies. This is the continuation about my last blog. After our day 1, we relax and have some good sleep. Because tomorrow morning its our competition day on News writing, which I felt nervous. But I survived on that day.
It was in March, 24 , 7:00 am in the morning we wake up early because our competition is early. So we must prepare early take a bath and eat our breakfast. And have a snacks on us in case we might getting hungry.
On the same day the sports writing was held on to the school that we are staying at. There are so many people outside, the students, accompanied by they're coaches.
This was the place where the news writing competition took place. Before we went into the room to compete, we had a meeting to learn what we would be doing and to hear tips and tricks that could help us in the competition.
We also had a 10-minute break to eat and get ready for the challenge. This break was a good time to relax and think about what we needed to do.
I'm nervous coming to the room, because it's my first time competing on this kind of event. Being in a competition, where all the students is strangers , I don't know what to do but have on faith on god was my weapon on to that day. I believe on myself that I can do this. Even if I'm lose or win atleast I give my best.
After the event, I feel relieved because the competition was all done. But the reality that i face by thinking those I answer on the paper, I'm doubting myself at this time what if my teacher would scold me why I've not on the top list.
But thankfully that didn't happen even though I've been not choosing on to the top the teachers that accompanied on us was happy atleast we did our best. "And I said to myself that not everything can be achieved on the first try."
We sit on the gym witnessing the ms and mr dspc they are all pretty and handsome. And our co members gave us a lunch and its wrapped on to this plastic. It's rice and the viand. Its so yummy but I'm struggling to eat.
We stay here for a while to relax and enjoy the moment. It feels nice to take a break and breathe after our competition. We also talk about our experiences from earlier in the day.
After a while, we go to our room where we stayed. It's just a walking distance from here to our room. We are exhausted from our contest. Even we we're just sitting but the nervous and excitement we feel still have on us in this time.
Finally, we have arrived! Our fellow participants are in this room, relaxing and taking a break after their competition is over. Some are even sleeping to recharge their energy for tomorrow, which is our last day here.
I excitedly scan the QR code because I can't wait to see our photos. I choose the x2 mode to see them faster.
Afterwards, as the time goes by, I found my self sleeping and also my co participants. The place is peaceful and its so spacious.
It’s dinner time, and we’re eating outside of our room it's in the gym. The air feels warm and cozy here. There are different participants from various schools around us. It’s nice to make friends with them and share this experience together.
It’s nighttime, and we decided to watch the Mr. and Ms. DSPC 2024 pageant. The event was fantastic! The participants from different schools were not only beautiful but also very intelligent. They had put a lot of effort into preparing for this event. The gym was full with people, all excited to see the show.
There's one person sang songs by Taylor Swift. Everyone in the crowd joined in, singing along and cheering for her. The energy was amazing, and it felt like everyone was having a great time together.
