Estrella Galicia es una cerveza a la que le he estado realizando una cacería exhaustiva para poder probarla, ya que tiene muy buenas reseñas a nivel mundial ademas de comentarios de amigos y entusiastas de la cerveza que solo hablan bellezas sobre ella. La he conseguido relativamente fácil, ya que desde principios de año, ha estado llegando a mi país con su catálogo de estilos. Esta vez, he conseguido una edición especial de uno de ellos, con una imagen sobre una serie española muy exitosa de la plataforma Netflix llamada La casa de papel, que estuvo en emision desde 2017 hasta finales de 2021.
Estrella Galicia is a beer that I have been doing an exhaustive hunt to try, as it has very good reviews worldwide and comments from friends and beer enthusiasts who speak only beauties about it. I got it relatively easy, as, since the beginning of the year, it has been arriving in my country with its catalog of styles. This time, I got a special edition of one of them, with an image of a very successful Spanish series from the Netflix platform called La Casa de Papel, which was on air from 2017 until the end of 2021.

Busco uno de mis vasos favoritos y comienza el disfute de servir la cerveza; Esa expectativa de descubrir su color y verla descender por las paredes de vidrio hasta formar la espuma del amor y de la justicia. Después de este acto de romanticismo visual, me encuentro con una cerveza que posee un hermoso color dorado y cristalino para asi apreciar la danza ascendente de burbujas de gas hacia su espuma blanquecina que queda persistente en forma de una pequeña corona durante cada sorbo
Now let's get to the fun part, beyond talking about the series (which is also fun) it's time to try the famous Estrella Galicia.
I look for one of my favorite glasses and the disguise of pouring the beer begins; that expectation of discovering its color and watching it descend through the glass walls until it forms the foam of love and justice. After this act of visual romanticism, I find myself with a beer that has a beautiful golden and crystalline color to appreciate the ascending dance of gas bubbles towards its whitish foam that remains persistent in the form of a small crown during each sip.
Tiene un sabor refrescante con notas deliciosas a grano tostado, un notable amargor moderado y una sensación muy ligera. Eso me encantó! Ya que es un tipo de cerveza con bastante bebibilidad. Se pueden tomar varias de ellas sin temor a Dios!
Su presentación es de 330 ml que se agradecen y se disfrutan hasta el último trago y deja ganas de repetir ese hermoso ritual
La imagen de esta cerveza tiene troquelado en relieve sobre su cuerpo la frase "Cerveceros desde 1906" detalle que hace única a sus botellas. Su etiqueta edición especial hace tributo a la serie La Casa De Papel con un diseño muy distintivo, en su cuello viste el logo de la cervecería junto al de la plataforma Netflix para celebrar la mutua colaboración
It has a refreshing taste with delicious roasted grain notes, noticeable moderate bitterness, and a very light mouthfeel. I loved that! It is a very drinkable beer. You can drink several of them without fear of God!
Its presentation is 330 ml which is appreciated and enjoyed until the last sip and leaves you wanting to repeat this beautiful ritual.
The image of this beer is embossed with the phrase "Cerveceros Desde 1906" (Brewers since 1906), a detail that makes its bottles unique. Its special edition label pays tribute to the series La Casa De Papel with a very distinctive design, on its neck it has the brewery's logo next to that of the Netflix platform to celebrate the mutual collaboration.
