Today another edition of my favorite beer brand. Craft beer - Komes Belgian Stron, triple gold, enters the workshop. I am not surprised by its taste, because all beers from this brewery are unique and, above all, very good.

Dzisiaj kolejna odsłona mojej ulubionej marki piwa. Na warsztat wchodzi piwo rzemieślnicze - Komes Belgian Stron, potrójny złoty. Nie jestem zaskoczony jego smakiem, bo wszystkie piwa z tego browaru są niepopwtarzalne i przede wszystkim bardzo dobre.

Komes Belgian Stron, triple golden is a long-maturing beer. Its taste changes over time. Depending on what flavor of beer we prefer, we can choose the maturation period that suits us.

Komes Belgian Stron, potrójny złoty jest piwem długo dojrzewającym. Jego smak zmienia się z czasem. W zależności jaki smak piwa preferujemy, możemy sobie wybrać okres dojrzewania który nam pasuje.

And so, young fresh beer has a sweet taste, very little bitterness in it, with age it becomes more dry, and after 36 months of aging it becomes completely dry. I must admit that I have never lived to see the last aging period of this beer 😋

I tak, młode świeże piwo ma smak słodki, bardzo mało w nim goryczki, z wiekiem staje się bardziej wytrawne, a po 36 miesiącach leżakowania staje się zupełnie wytrawne. Muszę przyznać, ze ostatniego okresu leżakowania tego piwa nigdy nie doczekałem 😋

Beer in the later maturation period, intended rather for the male part of society. It is bitter, and above all quite strong, because it has 9% alcohol.

Piwo w późniejszym okresie dojrzewania przeznaczone raczej dla męskiej części społeczeństwa. Jest goryczkowate, i przede wszystkim dość mocne, bo ma 9% alkoholu.
