Hallo liebe Community,
auch von mir mal wieder ein Beitrag zum #BeerSaturday. Auf meiner USA Reise habe ich einige neue Biere probieren können und möchte sie Euch nicht vorenthalten. Beginnen möchte ich in San Francisco mit einem Longboard Island Lager. Habe es hauptsächlich gekauft, weil ich die Flasche und Verpackung toll fand. Passte irgendwie zu San Francisco und der Westküste. Aus Ermagelung eines Bierglases gab es dann großzügige Schlucke aus der Flasche. Immerhin hatten wir einen Kühlschrank im Zimmer, so dass die temperatur gestimmt hat. Eine herrliche Erfrischung nach einem langen Tag auf den Beinen. Gut unsere Terrasse war im Hinterhof und von einem hohen Holzzaun gesäumt was jetzt nicht der schönste Ort für ein gutes Bierchen war aber es hat trotzdem geschmeckt. Leicht süßlicher Geschmack mit einem herben Abgang. Kann man schon mal trinken auch wenn es jetzt nicht unbedingt mein Lieblingsbier wird. Uns Deutschen macht halt im Bierbrauen keiner was vor und da muss man dann schon mal Abstriche machen. Aber wie gesagt, lecker war es und vor allem erfrischend.

also from me again a contribution to the #BeerSaturday. On my trip to the USA I was able to try some new beers and would not want to withhold them from you. I would like to start in San Francisco with a Longboard Island Lager. Bought it mainly because I thought the bottle and packaging were great. Kind of went with San Francisco and the west coast. From Ermagelung of a beer glass there were then generous sips from the bottle. At least we had a refrigerator in the room, so that the temperature was right. A wonderful refreshment after a long day on our feet. Well our terrace was in the backyard and lined by a high wooden fence which was not the nicest place for a good beer but it still tasted good. Slightly sweet taste with a tart finish. You can drink it even if it is not necessarily my favorite beer. Us Germans makes just in beer brewing no one what before and there you have to make then already times cutbacks. But as I said, it was delicious and above all refreshing.
