People say that the color green means "Hope" right? This week I need to remember this word a lot, and since sometimes it becomes complicated to do so when circumstances get difficult, I decided to start this week with this color to fill myself with all the hopeful vibes.
They also say that connecting with nature is a way to focus on the now and all that we have here around us that God and life has given us, but I haven't been out much lately except for some medical exams, so I haven't been able to connect much.
Trying to feel better among my coloring books, which I use to relax, I found this jungle or forest, I really don't know what kind of landscape it is, but I took some green colors in various shades and decided to give it that color that nature gives us with its many shades of vibrant greens.
I finished it and decided to add my avatar digitally to feel that I am there too, at least in a symbolic way, doesn't it look nice surrounded by so much green? That image is a promise to myself that soon we will exchange places she and I and you will see me as happy as she is.
My word for this week is "Hope", because I do believe that if we want something very hard it can happen no matter how hard it may seem, maybe not all the time it is possible, I know, but it will be the last thing I will always give up in the face of adversity.
That's why my color this week is "Green" like these leaves, these colors and this shirt that I show you in these photos, also I put my dog "Poly" a green collar to remind me all this constantly, isn't it beautiful?

Dicen que el color verde significa "Esperanza" ¿cierto? Esta semana necesito recordar mucho esta palabra, y como a veces se hace complicado hacerlo cuando las circunstancias se ponen difíciles, decidí esta semana comenzar con este color para llenarme de toda la vibra esperanzadora.
Dicen también que conectar con la naturaleza es una forma de enfocarnos en el ahora y en todo lo que tenemos aquí a nuestro alrededor que nos ha regalado Dios y la vida, pero yo no he salido mucho últimamente más que a hacerme algunos exámenes médicos, por lo que no he podido conectar mucho.
Intentando sentirme mejor entre mis libros de dibujos, que uso para relajarme, encontré esta selva o bosque, en verdad no sé qué tipo de paisaje es, pero tomé algunos colores verdes en varios tonos y decidí darle ese color que nos otorga de por sí la naturaleza con sus muchos tonos de verdes vibrantes.
Lo terminé y decidí agregarle mi avatar digitalmente para sentir que yo también estoy ahí, al menos de forma simbólica, ¿Verdad que se ve linda rodeada de tanto verde? Esa imagen es una promesa a mí misma de que pronto intercambiaremos lugares ella y yo y me verán tan feliz como a ella.
Mi palabra para esta semana es la "Esperanza", porque yo sí creo que si deseamos algo con mucha fuerza puede suceder por muy difícil que parezca, tal vez no todo el tiempo es posible, lo sé, pero será lo último que siempre daré por perdido ante las adversidades.
Por eso mismo mi color de esta semana es el "Verde" como el de estas hojas, estos colores y esta camisa que les muestro en estas fotos, además le puse a mi perrita "Poly" un collar verde para que me recuerde todo esto constantemente ¿No está hermoso?
Espero que, así como esta técnica de visualización deseo me funcione a mí para enfocarme en estos pequeños detalles, que muchas veces paso desapercibidos, también les funcione a ustedes para atravesar cualquier obstáculo que se les presente esta semana.
