Como toda buena película se merece una segunda parte, esta iniciativa también. Hace un par de días estaba hablando con @enrique89 sobre el impacto que tuvo la primera oleada de la iniciativa #TopHivers y lo bueno que fue para algunas cuentas nuevas, y no tan nuevas, toda la visibilidad que se le dio a través de esta iniciativa. Entonces me pregunté, y luego le pregunté a él, ¿por qué no hacerla cada mes? ¿por qué no determinar 1 día especifico del mes para hacerla? Hay comunidades, como @TheTerminal, que tienen una iniciativa mensual (tienen más pero 1 en especial va al caso del ejemplo) que es la de hacer Power Up con todo el HIVE que tengas disponible y, ¿por qué no hacer lo mismo con #TopHivers?
Like every good film, this initiative deserves a second part. A couple of days ago I was talking to @enrique89 about the impact that the first wave of the #TopHivers initiative had and how good it was for some new, and not so new, accounts, all the visibility that was given through this initiative. So I asked myself, and then I asked him, why not do it every month? why not determine 1 specific day of the month to do it? There are communities, like @TheTerminal, that have a monthly initiative (they have more but 1 in particular goes to the case of the example) which is to do Power Up with all the HIVE you have available and, why not do the same with #TopHivers?
@theycallmedan es el dueño original de la propuesta, pero me gustó tanto que decidí proponer a la comunidad entera de todo HIVE, no solo a la venezolana, y al mismísimo Dan (vean la confianza con la que lo llamo por su nombre, jajaja) una segunda parte más interesante, divertida e infinita (no sé si infinita pero se lee divertido). Yo pensé unas reglas, que pondré a continuación, para esta nueva etapa del este proyecto pero las podemos ir cambiando mediante se termine de llevar acabo como tal.
@theycallmedan is the original owner of the proposal, but I liked it so much that I decided to propose to the whole community of all HIVE, not only the Venezuelan one, and to Dan himself (see the confidence with which I call him by his name, hahaha) a second part more interesting, funny and infinite (I don't know if infinite but it reads funny). I thought about some rules, that I will put next, for this new stage of this project but we can go changing them by means of it is finished to carry out as such.

- Debes escribir una publicación completamente original sobre este tema.
- Elige entre tres a cinco personas/usuarios en la plataforma.
- Se puede publicar en cualquier comunidad, no es limitativo.
- Posible fecha de publicación: 28 de cada mes (para empezar el siguiente mes con bastante material para curar).
- Vamos a concentrarnos en nuevos usuarios o en usuarios que no les llegan las publicaciones ni a 2$ y necesiten un poco de amor de parte de todos nosotros (mi voto es poquito pero tiene mucho amor).
- Si haces un vídeo, te daremos más amor porque hacer un vídeo requiere más tiempo (y si estás en Venezuela, requieres más tiempo y paciencia con el Internet).
- Si lo vas a compartir en Twitter, usa la etiqueta #TopHivers + las etiquetas que te guste (a mí me gusta #VzlaEnHive porque es mi país).
- Como es una propuesta mensual, no puedes poner a la misma persona/usuario del mes anterior ¡Deben ser nuevos!
- Para subirle un poco la dificultad al juego, podríamos decidir mes a mes una categoría y de ahí sacar los nuevos usuarios del siguiente mes.

- Choose between three to five people/users on the platform.
- You can publish in any community, it's not limited.
- Possible publication date: 28th of each month (to start the next month with enough material to cure).
- Let's concentrate on new users or users who don't get published for even $2 and need a little love from all of us (my vote is a little but it has a lot of love).
- If you make a video, we will give you more love because making a video requires more time (and if you are in Venezuela, you require more time and patience with the Internet).
- If you're going to share it on Twitter, use the tag #TopHivers + the tags you like (I like #VzlaEnHive because it's my country).
- As it's a monthly proposal, you can't put the same person/user from the previous month. They must be new!
- To make the game a little more difficult, we could decide month by month a category and from there get the new users of the next month.
