Justice in your personal interaction, professional settings, laws, share your thoughts.
Justice is when you apply the right sense of judgement on issues, your personal interaction. Therefore, justice is your personal interaction is when one considers what he says to another, if it hurts or does not without bias, in tone and actions.
Which brings about interpersonal interactions, which is one of the unique parts of communication, that cut across all set of life including professional settings like our workplace, how we value other people's law and share thoughts.
I am one person that believes in respect for one another. And I try as much as I can to respect the things I say and how I should say it, too. One thing that discredits one in any Organizational is how the communication patterns of that people incorporate with each other's view.
I love saying things the way they are, when it gets me bad, but I know my boundaries, I don't use it to make other people around my workplace feel piece up.

How I communicate my beliefs with friends and share my views on issues surrounding me, about other people's law is one of the greatest things, I consider paramount of a law in my interpersonal communication life.
I can't use a way that really doesn't justify humanity, of others believe just because, it doesn't work for me, for example, I am a Christian, the Muslim, or a Hindu all have their beliefs.
So when addressing such issues in my interpersonal communication, I try as mu as possible to know that not what works for me works for another.
The only thing that all human share is blood color, which is red, but values, norms, culture, and our way of living differ.

So I don't undermine others' shared values, such as meals, and way of dressing. Because I know it is peculiar to the person.
I work with a lecturer, a good academic sand professor, who, for obvious reasons I won't mention know, who dresses with rappers over his waist to school. That's his way of life, though it seems old.
But how I communicate with him matters because if I always pushed to say prof, you don't need to dress this way to school. It is advice yet, it doesn't give justice to that interpersonal communication with reasons. Being that, it won't show my respect for a shared culture, value for other beliefs.
I try to understand people around figure, even though it is not easy, to do so, but in my daily life, I think it is necessary, for me to bring these, into my interpersonal communication life with people.
Doing these for years now, I have really improved in my interpersonal communication attributes with people, how a view their values, Law, and it has shaped my prospective of things in generally.
