Un gusto estar por aquì de nuevo.
La palabra Ética tiene una gran connotación en la sociedad, sociedades que con el paso del tiempo esta palabra se llena de investigaciones guiadas por pensadores amantes de la Ética, desde sus experiencias cuyos resultados que de ello han obtenido son compartidas, estas investigaciones se les da el nombre de experimentos sociales donde de acuerdo a las actuaciones de los participantes hacen sus conjeturas que luego los lleva a establecer conclusiones.
En mi experiencia docente universitaria, asignada durante varios semestres para administrar la asignatura Etica Profesional, regida por un programa de estudio al cual le hacìa diversos cambios en las tareas que asignaba. ¿Por què lo hacìa?
Pues, como amante del tema de las emociones , pensamientos y sentimientos buscaba que los participantes entendieran y se apropiaran de este termino como parte de sus vidas. ¿Què los conlleva ser una persona Etica, antes que ser profesional?
Estas rutas eran creadas por mi ¿Por què? porque mi convicciòn es y sigue siendo que la Etica comienza en el hogar, con la educaciòn de hogar, con las normas de cortesìa, normas de comportamiento, que quizàs tiempo atràs no se le daba ese nombre. Considerado como la acciòn, el actuar externo de una persona hacia otras, el trato cotidiano.
Lo que se iba convirtiendo en Valores, Moral...el respeto hacia el padre, la madre, hermanos, a todo familiar que en esos momentos de formaciòn nos rodeaban. Padres con formaciòn acadèmica de escasa primaria, muy pocos con 6to grado. Pero bien centrados en la formaciòn hogareña.
En esta formaciòn de Valores, entraban esos sentimientos y pensamientos que expresarlos no era del todo aceptado. ¿A donde voy con esto?
Cada niño ya convertido en adolescente con sus cambios fìsicos y claro cambios no vistos como eran las emociones y pensamientos, si algunos con su actuar dejaban ver esa formaciòn hogareña que iban cambiando en cada uno a pesar de venir de un mismo hogar con sus normas y reglas, se veian las diferencias. El Sistema de Valores de cada uno comenzaba a sufrir cambios a veces no aceptados por los padres.
En estos momentos de mi vida y como ha evolucionado la sociedad en muchas personas se mantienen esos principios de hogar que los hace fuertes ante los retos que se les presenten en sus dìas a dìas sin necesidad de flaquear ante sus Sistemas de Valores establecidos...los hace enaltecer esa educaciòn de hogar, a los que les doy nombre: primera fase de la Ètica.
¿Què es un Ser Ético? Era una de las preguntas que formulaba al final de cada semestre que quizàs en esos momentos no sentía el resultado en los participantes. Solo se quedaban con la Ética Profesional en el àrea donde se preparaban académicamente. Los Còdigos Éticos como profesionales.
¿Donde quiero llegar con esto? Nos pasamos el tiempo laboral criticando y juzgando al jefe, supervisores, presidente, compañeros de labores de la empresa donde se presta el servicio como profesional y la gran pregunta ¿Què es un Ser Ético? Aquì entra en juego una visiòn retrospectiva de como fue la educaciòn del hogar .
¿Que ha cambiado en cada uno desde que comenzò a gerenciar su vida? ¿Como fue el actuar para generar en nuestros hijos principios èticos? Para llegar al punto donde los padres usan una frase: Quiero que mis hijos sean hombres de bien y no lleguen a ser cargas para la sociedad.
Mi pregunta es:
¿Còmo consideras que ha sido tu proceso para afirmar que eres una persona con Ética; donde vives en un mundo en el cual aprendimos a decir : caras vemos, corazones no sabemos?
¿Què peso tiene las emociones, pensamientos y sentimientos para llegar a ser una persona y profesional con Ética?

A pleasure to be here again.
The word Ethics has a great connotation in society, societies that with the passage of time this word is filled with research guided by thinkers who love Ethics, from their experiences whose results they have obtained are shared, these investigations are given the name of social experiments where according to the actions of the participants make their conjectures that then leads them to draw conclusions.
In my university teaching experience, assigned for several semesters to administer the subject Professional Ethics, governed by a syllabus to which I made several changes in the tasks assigned. Why did I do it?
Well, as a lover of the subject of emotions, thoughts and feelings, I wanted the participants to understand and appropriate this term as part of their lives. What does it entail to be an ethical person, before being a professional?
Why? Because my conviction is and remains that ethics begins at home, with home education, with the rules of courtesy, rules of behavior, which perhaps some time ago was not given that name. Considered as the action, the external behavior of a person towards others, the daily dealings.
What was becoming Values, Morals...the respect towards the father, the mother, brothers and sisters, to all the relatives that surrounded us in those moments of formation. Parents with little academic formation of primary school, very few with 6th grade. But well centered in the home formation.
In this formation of values, entered those feelings and thoughts that expressing them was not entirely accepted. Where am I going with this?
Each child already turned into an adolescent with their physical changes and of course, unseen changes in their emotions and thoughts, if some of them with their actions let us see the home formation that was changing in each one, even though they came from the same home with its norms and rules, we could see the differences. The value system of each one began to undergo changes sometimes not accepted by the parents.
At this time in my life and as society has evolved, many people maintain those principles of home that make them strong to face the challenges that arise in their daily lives without the need to falter before their established Value Systems...it makes them exalt that home education, to which I give them name: first phase of Ethics.
What is an Ethical Being? It was one of the questions I asked at the end of each semester that perhaps in those moments I did not feel the result in the participants. They were only left with Professional Ethics in the area where they were preparing themselves academically. The Codes of Ethics as professionals.
Where am I going with this? We spend our working time criticizing and judging the boss, supervisors, president, co-workers of the company where the service is provided as a professional and the big question is what is an Ethical Being? Here comes into play a retrospective vision of how the home education was.
What has changed in each of us since we began to manage our lives? How did we act to generate ethical principles in our children? To get to the point where parents use a phrase: I want my children to be good men and not become burdens to society.
My question is:
How do you consider that your process has been to affirm that you are a person with Ethics; where you live in a world in which we learned to say: faces we see, hearts we don't know?
What weight do emotions, thoughts and feelings have in becoming an Ethical person and professional?
