El día de hoy en conjunto con con otro centro de salud quisimos realizar una jornada masiva donde trabajamos con diferentes especialidades esto permitiendo llegar algunos equipos médicos aún lugar donde algunas personas no cuentan con los recursos paras realizar este tipo de exámenes,
es por eso que nos tomamos el tiempo de planear esta jornada la cual nos llevó varios días poder planear y coordinar el traslado de los equipos, aunque fue complicado lo pudimos lograr y es por eso que hoy quise compartirles un poco de nuestro trabajo en equipo porque aunque tuvimos distanciados de la plataforma de igual manera nuestro trabajo continuaba.
Today in conjunction with another health center we wanted to make a massive journey where we work with different specialties this allowing some medical equipment to reach a place where some people do not have the resources to perform such examinations,
That is why we took the time to plan this journey which took us several days to plan and coordinate the transfer of equipment, although it was complicated we were able to achieve and that is why today I wanted to share with you a little of our teamwork because although we had distanced from the platform in the same way our work continued.
Las consultas se distribuyeron en diferentes especialidades, en esta fotografía que les muestro es el área de medicina general aquí atendimos ha 25 personas y de una vez se le hacia el despistage de HTA y se ameritaban ir a otra especialidad se les refería, el día de hoy contamos con las especialidades de ginecología y obstetricia, oftalmología, odontología, pediatría, gastroenterólogo y geriatría. La mayoría de los pacientes se vieron por odontología ya que esa es una consulta que es bastante difícil conseguir una consulta al igual que el gastroenterólogo entre esas dos especialidades se vieron más de 60 pacientes.
The consultations were distributed among different specialties, in this photograph I am showing you is the general medicine area where we saw 25 people and once they were screened for AHT and if they needed to go to another specialty they were referred, today we have the specialties of gynecology and obstetrics, ophthalmology, dentistry, pediatrics, gastroenterology and geriatrics. Most of the patients were seen for dentistry since this is a consultation that is quite difficult to get a consultation, as well as the gastroenterologist, between these two specialties, more than 60 patients were seen.
Ginecología y pediatría también tuvieron bastante asistencia, nos vimos limitados en algunas cosas pero aún así se pudo lograr la aceptación que se quería y las personas quedaron satisfecha con el trato y la atención recibida, cosas así son las que nos impulsan a seguir trabajando, algunas cosas se nos escapan de lass manos sin embargo pueda estar seguros que en lo que podamos ayudar lo haremos sin importar obtener nada a cambio lo que importa es que podamos ayudar a salir de situaciones médicas que esten a nuestro alcance.
Gynecology and pediatrics also had enough assistance, we were limited in some things but still we were able to achieve the acceptance we wanted and people were satisfied with the treatment and care received, things like this are what drive us to continue working, some things are out of our hands but you can be sure that whatever we can help we will do it regardless of getting anything in return, what matters is that we can help to get out of medical situations that are within our reach.
El servicio de odontología también estuvo presente en esta jornada y en total en toda la jornada se atendieron a 150 personas en las diferentes áreas, el área que mas paciente tenía era la parte de ecografía sin embargo no se pudo trabajar con ella ya que debido al transporte el ecografo no puedo llegar a tiempo por lo que esos pacientes se captaron y fueron enviados a otro lugar oara que pudieran tener la atención que necesitaban. Todo esto nos enseña que si trabajamos en equipo el trabajo sale impecable luego de todo eso exhausto trabajo nos reunimos para comer y dar por terminado la jornada que duro más de 7 horas.
The dentistry service was also present in this day and in total 150 people were attended in the different areas, the area that had more patients was the ultrasound part, however we could not work with it because due to transportation the ultrasound could not arrive on time so those patients were captured and were sent to another place so they could have the attention they needed. All this teaches us that if we work as a team the work comes out impeccable. After all that exhausted work we met for lunch and to end the day that lasted more than 7 hours.
