La justicia es un concepto bastante difícil de definir en un consenso general, pues lo que es justo para unos puede parecer injusto para otros, en este sentido creo que la justicia se refiere a que una persona reciba lo que merece, es decir en equivalencia, recuerdo muy bien una serie animada muy famosa llamada en Full metal Alchemist o el Alquimista de acero, donde iniciaba la serie diciendo la primera ley de la alquimia, que consiste en que en el mundo para crear algo, algo de igual valor debe perderse, esa es la primera ley de equivalencia de intercambio, sin embargo la misma historia de la serie se desarrolla en torno a que no necesariamente está ley se cumple siempre , reflexionando con respecto a esto, puedo decir que la mayoría de las veces la equivalencia se cumple en el mundo natural, si llueve es porque el agua se evaporó antes, si hay fuego es porque un elemento hizo combustión, es decir, las cosas pasan porque algo más lo provocó o hizo que esto pasara, pero en el mundo de la relaciones humanas no siempre la justicia o la equivalencia se cumple y no todo el mundo recibe en medida justa lo que da.

Entrando en temas de las leyes humanas, estas fueron creadas a partir del consenso , en tiempo pasados lo más justo parecía ser el ojo por ojo, pero esto no fue suficiente, porque si una persona mata no todo el tiempo debería morir, porque no todas las muertes son iguales, no todas las intensiones son las mismas y no todos los daños se reparan del mismo modo, entonces las leyes y el proceso judicial se crearon precisamente para la evaluación de las circunstancias, entonces en el mundo cada cultura tiene su propio sistema y desde la perspectiva de cada persona se puede decir que unos tienden a ser más justos que otros.
Going into issues of human laws, these were created from consensus, in the past the fairest thing seemed to be an eye for an eye, but this was not enough, because if a person kills not all the time he should die, because not all deaths are the same, not all intentions are the same and not all damages are repaired in the same way, so the laws and the judicial process were created precisely for the evaluation of the circumstances, so in the world each culture has its own system and from the perspective of each person it can be said that some tend to be fairer than others.
Sin entrar en terreno político particularmente yo considero que en mi país la justicia no es ciega, de hecho la justicia ve, ve quien tiene dinero y poder para inclinar la balanza de ese lado, esto ocurre por las grandes fallas del sistema y la descomposición moral que existe, incluso la falta de educación es algo muy grave pues en mi país las personas tienen un gran desconocimiento de la ley de los derechos y por supuesto tiene muy tergiversado el concepto de justicia, es allí donde las personas en muchos casos nunca alcancen la justicia cuando son víctimas de algo y otros traten de obtener justicia por sus propias manos.
Without going into the political realm, I particularly consider that in my country justice is not blind, in fact justice sees, sees who has money and power to tip the balance on that side, this occurs due to the great failures of the system and the moral decomposition that exists, even the lack of education is something very serious because in my country people have a great ignorance of the law of rights and of course the concept of justice is very distorted, it is there where people in many cases never reach the justice when they are victims of something and others try to get justice into their own hands.
La falta de conocimiento y la cultura de la impunidad son algo muy lamentable, creo que en un país como el mío es muy difícil que una persona sea justa en medio de tantas injusticias, porque incluso el que no comete ningún delito puede ser cómplice al guardar silencio, porque la desventaja es muy grande para alguien que quiera denunciar en total desprotección de su integridad , por otro lado hay demasiados matices en torno a lo que es justo o no en una sociedad que está bajo la sombra de la injusticia por tantos años, un ejemplo que destacó es una noticia que vi hace unas semana atrás, donde se notificaba la aprensión de unas personas que ponían aparatos de ortodoncia en la calle, este “servicio” es algo que se acostumbra a ver desde hace varios años sin que las autoridades hagan nada, al darse la noticia de la detención de las personas por practicar la ortodoncia sin estar calificados, las opiniones de las personas eran divididas en las redes sociales, lo que a todas luces es un delito porque ninguna de las personas involucradas tenia licencia para esa práctica médica, parecía ser a los ojos de otros un trabajo común donde defendían a estar personas por estar trabajando de manera honrada , por otro lado algunos afirmaban que la medida de la policía ese caso era algo político para tapar la ineficiente justicia en el país en otros aspectos, tal como dije anteriormente, es un fenómeno digno de estudiar, pues la sociedad venezolana tiene fronteras desdibujadas de lo que considera justo o no.
The lack of knowledge and the culture of impunity are something very unfortunate, I think that in a country like mine it is very difficult for a person to be just in the midst of so many injustices, because even someone who does not commit any crime can be an accomplice in keeping silence, because the disadvantage is very great for someone who wants to denounce in total lack of protection of their integrity, on the other hand there are too many nuances around what is fair or not in a society that has been under the shadow of injustice for so many years, An example that stood out is a piece of news that I saw a few weeks ago, where the apprehension of some people who put orthodontic appliances on the street was reported, this "service" is something that has been used to seeing for several years without the authorities do nothing, when the news broke of the arrest of people for practicing orthodontics without being qualified, people's opinions were divided on social networks, which is clearly a crime or because none of the people involved had a license for that medical practice, it seemed in the eyes of others to be a common job where they defended these people for working honestly, on the other hand, some affirmed that the police measure in this case was something political to cover up the inefficient justice in the country in other aspects, as I said before, is a phenomenon worthy of study, since Venezuelan society has blurred borders of what it considers fair or not.
En mi caso personal considero que la justicia perfecta no existe, ni siquiera en los casos más extremos, por ejemplo en los países donde existe la pena capital, yo considero que una persona mala debería morir, pero ¿acaso la muerte de esa persona le devolverá la paz a los agraviados?, yo no creo que una persona después de rota vuelta a recuperarse, pero incluso si un asesino pasa toda su vida en una cárcel, ¿eso es justo para quién? Va a tener alimento y techo toda la vida allí y hay personas buenas que no, pero hacer que pague con la muerte es algo considerado barbarie. Los humanos no nos conformamos con solo el ojo por ojo, somos seres mucho más complejos que eso, por eso creo que aunque el mundo busque la justicia y lo ideal sería que se cumpliera, la injusticia siempre seguirá existiendo en menor o mayor medida, ojalá el mundo fuera justo en toda medida y que el que ama sea amado , el que trabaje sea recompensado y el que haga algo malo sufra las consecuencias de sus actos algo de forma verdaderamente equivalente, aunque existan casos en que ni la pena máxima es proporcional al daño causado.
In my personal case, I believe that perfect justice does not exist, not even in the most extreme cases, for example in countries where capital punishment exists, I believe that a bad person should die, but will the death of that person give him back peace to the aggrieved? I don't believe that a broken person recovers, but even if a murderer spends his whole life in jail, is that fair to whom? He will have food and shelter all his life there and there are good people who don't, but making him pay with death is something considered barbaric. Humans are not satisfied with just an eye for an eye, we are much more complex beings than that, that is why I believe that although the world seeks justice and ideally it would be fulfilled, injustice will always continue to exist to a lesser or greater extent, hopefully the world was just in every measure and that those who love are loved, those who work are rewarded and those who do something bad suffer the consequences of their actions in a truly equivalent way, although there are cases in which not even the maximum penalty is proportional to the damage caused.
