For the CCC's Street Art Contest #207 hosted by @digi-me, here's another mural done during the last edition of the Mural Festival in Montreal in mid-June. This is a very colorful work by artist Kezna Dalz.
Pour le CCC's Street Art Contest #207, je vous propose une autre murale faite lors de la dernière édition du Mural Festival à Montréal à la mi-juin. Il s'agit d'une œuvre très colorée de l'artiste Kezna Dalz.
WHERE
The mural is not far from the one created by SNIKR (featured in my post CCC's Street Art Contest #206) on Rachel Street on the wall of café Névé in Montreal. It replaces a work done for Los Clandestinos a few years ago, in 2014 (photo below 🔽).
La murale se trouve pas très loin de celle réalisée par SNIKR (présentée dans mon post CCC's Street Art Contest #206) sur la rue Rachel sur le mur du café Névé à Montréal. Elle remplace une œuvre faite pour Los Clandestinos il y a quelques années, en 2014 :

In this mural, entitled NE M'OUBLIE PAS (DON'T FORGET ME), Kezna Dalz pays tribute to women who are victims of domestic violence. There are many feminicides in Quebec, and the artist wants to raise awareness of this cause. She was helped to create this huge wall by Dalkhafine (see CCC's Street Art Contest #176 for her participation in the 2023 Mural Festival).
Dans cette murale, intitulée NE M’OUBLIE PAS, Kezna Dalz veut rendre hommage aux femmes victimes de violence conjugale. Il y a de nombreux féminicides au Québec, l'artiste veut ainsi nous sensibiliser à cette cause. Elle a été aidée pour réaliser cet énorme mur d'une autre artiste Dalkhafine (voir CCC's Street Art Contest #176 pour sa participation au 2023 Mural Festival).
