(PT-EN) Estratégia arriscada #3 / Risky strategy #3

#PT first, #EN depois, #hivebr forever

Fala galera, @CrazyPhantomBR na área! Minha participação no Desafio Semanal, deste que é o melhor jogo do ecossistema #hive #play2earn que existe!! #Splinterlands!!

Superar invocador level 6 usando invocador level 3

  1. Kelya Frendul em level 5, locação;
  2. Thaddius Brood em level 5, locação;
  3. Obsidian em level 3, locação.
  4. Genral Sloam em level 3, locação.
  5. Wizard of Eastwood em level 3, locação.

O time adversário certamente seria tipo Earth com invocadora Obsidian.

COMPONDO O TIME

TIME ADVERSÁRIO

Hey guys, @CrazyPhantomBR in the area! My participation in the Weekly Challenge, this is the best game in the #hive #play2earn ecosystem that exists!! #Splinterlands!!

This post is a submission to the Social Media Challenge Splinterlands!

Today we are not going to analyze just one card, but a strategic composition. Those who follow my posts know that I really like the weekly challenges and I keep switching between card reviews and complete compositions! I think it's very productive, and serves the purpose of putting the game in the trending topics.

OBJECTIVE

Break summoner level 6 using summoner level 3

Today I was in League Gold III randomly playing to get my daily chests, with the season ending tomorrow. The battle that presented itself was challenging because this season I've been playing based on the locations that Pekamonster automatically makes with my bids, because I don't have much time to dedicate myself to the game.

My main summoners, which would be Kelya Frendul and Thaddius Brood are located at level 5. What I have available:

  1. Kelya Frendul at level 5, location;
  2. Thaddius Brood at level 5, location;
  3. Obsidian at level 3, location.
  4. General Sloam at level 3, location.
  5. Wizard of Eastwood at level 3, location.

    In this way I am very handicapped to play the Gold 3 league in some compositions due to the opponents usually having level 5 summoners. As I am high in the ranking, I end up finding many level 6 opponents. In this case, the extra skills that are unlocked by the summoners are enough to overcome my strategic attempts.

PREVIOUS ANALYSIS

This is the basic strategy for #Splinterlands lovers, and consists of checking the opponent's previous battle history. All five of the opponent's games showed splinter Earth, with alternate summoners, but unfortunately for me always at level 6.

The opposing team would certainly be like Earth with Obsidian Summoner. I have little ability to use this splinter because I focused on investing in other splinters, so even if I have rented a summoner, my strategies are limited to the most basic.

However, with only 14 units of Mana, the options would be very limited. A magic lineup on the part of the opponent could easily annihilate me due to the difference in the life points of his cards, as they are of a higher level. To reduce this risk, I opted for the Wizard of Eastwood summoner at level 3, as this would save one mana point.

But that wasn't enough, I needed to use cards with a lot of life points because even 1 in 1 magic damage, the risk of defeat is high when you choose many low life monsters.

The only option would be the Unicorn Mustang level 2 that I have rented. His resistance to magic would be essential. By saving mana, I was able to fit in a magic attack. This was my level 3 team that was going to face a level 6 lineup.

COMPOSING THE TIME

I bet on the Wizard of Eastwood with the Unicorn Mustang, which I have available at level 2. I put in the backline the literally legendary Djinn Biljka level 2 that I have, with excellent magic attack and impossible to be hit until it remains in the first position.

In between, all the zero-cost monsters I have available: only the Fiend family hatchling.

ADVERSARY TEAM

The opponent chose level 6 Obsidian summoner, two one-mana cards in front, followed by Regal Peryton light 3 and Djinn Biljka level 2. In fact, having level 6 summoner was useless, if in a match of low mana he had no evolved cards to use. For this setup, a level 3 summoner would suffice.

The game looked balanced, from my point of view.

In round 2, the three main monsters will be eliminated: the game is over. In the image above, print after the Fungus Fiend attack, where he kills and is killed. The game ends because the monsters that remain on the field are absolutely favorable to my victory.

At least this time it worked!

STATISTICAL ANALYSIS

After the combat, we can focus on probabilistic analyses. According to the analysis portal https://splintertools.io/, my composition has a 78% chance of winning. In a simulation of the scenario where I would use Obsidian, the chances of winning for the same team would be 51%. The difference is big, and it shows how I chose the invoker correctly.
