Mike Pence went on CNN to disparage Trump, Desantis and Vivek Ramaswamy - claiming that "This is what happens when we have leading voices like Donald Trump, Vivek Ramaswamy, and Ron DeSantis signaling retreat from America’s role as leader of the free world. When I’m President of the United States, we’ll lead from American Strength."

Some Republican Candidates are Engaged in a Grotesque Theater
I've been active in Republican politics - but watching communications Israel degenerate from expressions of solidarity and support to naked political opportunism is disgusting.
Pence is obviously trying to resurrect his campaign for President, but it never developed momentum. Pence has yet to poll in the double digits, and it is statistically impossible for him to get past the committed MAGA voters in the Primaries.
Pence ran to CNN because he new he would garner applause and ample camera time to disparage Trump and other Republicans.
Ironically what Pence calls "American Strength" sounds much like the NeoCon sentiments leading up to the invasion of Iraq and Afghanistan and two decades of American military adventurism and made the world more chaotic and dangerous. Pence is selling himself as a George W. Bush 2.0 and no one is buying.
