In the spirit of the official Hive x Telos partnership created on Sept 23rd 2021, I would like to use Telos Proposal funds to help expand the existing work on hive from a Doctor in Ghana whose username is mcsamm who has also been on telos for many years now in a smaller capacity.

I hope to combine teh two and utilize the @hiveio x @telosnetwork official partnership by using Hivedao to pay for 1 telos project = to the amount of telos given to a hive project posted on Telos WPS. Cross chain Proposal funds exchange program swap would be a healthy way to begin a process of developer exchanges on both chains.
Mcsamms project is a perfect nacdidate for this cross chain proposal funding. Hes proven himself on Hive with the hive borehole wells so its time Telos pitched in, and got their blogos on soem wells or perhaps follow up on their promise to look into paying for 1 starlink for $2000 for @mcsamm , 1 dish/router and a year of data, should be $2000 to $3000 and telos can easily pay for this, as could @hivedao and then every borehole water well can have free wifi and we can build schools around these water & wifi hotspt network.
@mcsamm 's project from hive and his co workers like collinz have proven themselves and their hiveproject with Hive branded borehole water wells drilled into the Earth in villages that need it, complete with blockchain branded storage tanks and faucets. These physicals water faucets are a perfect opportunity for Telos to get their logo on a piece of physical human infrastructure that uses Telos to replace their own local government infrastructure projects. So many dapps can be built out of this project from NFTs to support the building fo wells to a Starlink Dish/Router/1yr of prepaid service for Internet Cafes and schools established around these borehole well faucet points.

What We Want
20,000 TLOS for 1 Starlink Dish/Router/1yr of service for Ghana Telos User mcsamm from the Hive Ghana Borehole Water Well HiveProject
Borehole wells in Ghana/Nigeria funded by HIVE to also be funded with Telos with Telos logos on them. This will allow Telos to be promoted on local Ghana TV news and Radio as mcsamm and collinz went on a national media tour to show off his hiveprojects.
What We Already Have
I have already paid for a $200 Starlink 2023 Ghana Deposit using telos given to me for a previous but similar phonedata telos proposal with mcsamm.
Existing Borehole Water Wells branded with large Hive Logos, delivering water to rural African Villages in Ghana 100% funded by the Hivedao proposal system, and its creator is very telos friendly, and is aware of the Telos x Hive official partnership. This is a great time to take advantage of it and start showing the way in which Hive can sort out the best charities for us to invest our proposal funds into. This works as a defacto bonus advertising/marketing proposal BECAUSE we would effectively get a giant charity billboard for telos that would be promoted on twitter and mainstream news as the world sees blockchain is doing the work of local governments.
Multiple working borehole wells with nearby buildings with power and data for schools and so we are ready for Starlink Routers installation, and it is very cheap to pay for a rental or even build an internet cafe to have a permanent telos outpost near one of our borehole water wells. Community leaders who own an empty room in a nearby building may even donate an office for us to use, or give it to us for very cheap, maybe a few hundred dollars a month so, $1000 extra may be enough for 1 year of a telos telokanda mcsamm local office to run the Starlink Wifi and manage other hive x telos Ghana projects from that involve the Borehole Well as a great backdrop conversation starter.
A one time 20,000 Teloss proposal should cover the $500 to $1000 needed to buy and ship the starlink.com router to mcsamm in Ghana and $200 was already paid by ackzaontelos 2 years ago for the 2023 Ghana release of Starlink service. We can provide free wifi to all people nearby who signup to telos and use it to sign in to a website that gives them a simple tipit or telegram DM with the starlink wifi password! We can even start limiting their wifi usage by time and bandwidth data, depending on how much KANDA, TLOS or staked TLOS or Telos NET stake they hav
What We Need
20,000 TLOS for a one time Starlink Purchase + telos promotional funding for planning of a telos school near the telos starlink hive borehole well.
Possibly an extra 100,000 or more IN A SECONDARY proposal posted by mcsamm himself, to fund an expansion of Borehole Wells in Ghana, as they can cost $10,000 to $20,000 each to drill and build. This is the sort of project that can get Telos seen on mainstream news and recognized as better than a charity or a government or a bank.
