Discussing the word of God has far more benefits to us both in spiritual and physical realms. I came across this community and it's characterized biblical teachings. These teachings are good to enhance our spiritual growth. I will be blessed listening and learning from the videos of the messages and teachings from Pastor Eli Soriano.
In this video, I have learned that everyone in the family and in the community has a portion of the gospel to fulfill. All of us have our own respective commandment from the word of God which we are to obey. The father has his own as well as the mother. Even the children have their own parts of the gospel to fulfill.
The Bible commands that husbands should love their wives and honour them. Bro Eli Soriano made us understand that the husband is the head of the house. As the head of the house, he has responsibility to provide for his household. He should love his wife and care for his children. The responsibility of protecting and leading the family rests upon the father.
The woman who is the wife and the mother also has her own part of the gospel to fulfill. The mother should honour and submit to her husband. She should teach her children the way of God.
The children are not left out. They are admonished to honor and obey their parents. Every person in the society has his/her own part of the gospel to fulfill.
We will do well to remain obedient to God by fulfilling His commandments which He commands us.
