Hello everyone,am glad to share the lessons i learnt from Bro Eli Sariano's message
Topic: Is God not punishing unscrupulous Translators of the bible?
Well, at first i was curious to know the reasons as i went through this message to know and to learn.
The major lesson i learnt was that
questioning God is wrong.
As christians we should understand that God is the sovereign God he does what so ever he pleases and it is not in our place to question what he does or what he doesn't do.
Reasons why we should not question God.
- God knows what he is doing
- God knows how to deal with people in any given time,or any given place
- God is the controller of time,he knows when to deal with people.
- God has his dealings with people .
Bro Eli Sariano's message explained emphatically that it's wrong to question God,when we question God,it show an acts of getting ahead of him .
We can never know more than God,for he alone knows the right timing for everything.
Numbers 4:15 (KJV) And when Aaron and his sons have made an end of covering the sanctuary, and all the vessels of the sanctuary, as the camp is to set forward; after that, the sons of Kohath shall come to bear it: but they shall not touch any holy thing, lest they die. These things are the burden of the sons of Kohath in the tabernacle of the congregation.
There were some instant dead recorded in the bible just as Bro Eli shared in the book of Numbers 4:15 and there are some punishment which are more spiritual than physical,for example,the Unscrupulous Translators,their punishment may not just be a physical death,but this message has explained that it is more of a curse.
Revelation 22:18 (KJV) For I testify unto every man that heareth the words of the prophecy of this book, If any man shall add unto these things, God shall add unto him the plagues that are written in this book:
Therefore I beseech us,let us refrain from questioning God, even for the things we understand not.
