The mosaic era is over, we are now under the dispensation of Jesus Christ. The doctrine we are learning from is establish by our Lord Jesus Christ.
Matthew 17:5 KJV
If you are going to listen to doctrine you should listen to Christ.
In the early Christian community, the only master recognize is Jesus Christ. If we listen to other doctrines it will bring harm.
Matthew 7:7-8 KJV
If we are following the commandments of men what we are doing is in vain. The Bible said about false doctrines for us not to be deceived. We must learn the doctrines of Christ.
Jesus said in Matthew 28:19-20 KJV
So we will not be mislead Christ made a commandment for his disciples. In the doctrine of our Lord Jesus Christ the first is to be baptized after examining the doctrines of Christ. We should not accept what was not writing in the doctrine.
1 Corinthians 14:37 KJV
All the commandments of our Lord Jesus was written by the Apostles. So if it is not written, it is not a commandment.
Why is there a need to join a church
If a church is not important there is no need for Christ to built it. The church was built for man to join it

The body is the church. Joining the church is the will of God. Christ himself taught about the church.
John 12:48 KJV
You cannot say you accept Jesus and do not accept joining the church. It means you are rejecting Christ.
