In a small Lichen world everything is huge. A pile of rocks and soil look like a mountain covered in greenery.

The tiny cups are few mm across and less than 1cm in height. Growing all proud on the mountain side.
Even though they are super small they are pure joy to shoot! First of all they don't move :)
Second of all... they still don't move. Not a bit!
A nice clay background is a bonus. If they grow on the edge of a wood is also a bonus - you can get a nice, clean background.
This is Cladonia by the way. There is a few of them with this lovely cup shape and all very similar. It is also called trumpet cup lichen which is definitely easier to remember.
