“Punktronic Disco Dirge (Pirate Radio) – Ep. 23” (NEW EPISODE!)

Howdy humans and other music loving life forms! This is my 23rd episode of Punktronic!! I have at least one regular listener, and that’s GREAT! (“Know thy audience, and thou shalt know thy self!” ---from the Book of Bunny Jugglers, Chpt. 1 verse 23…) Anywho, we’ve got some TUNES coming your way, and as per usual, I’m all over the musical landscape: new wave, post-punk, hip hop, country, techno, alternative, and a few stops in between (for whatever the heck HAL is…) Are you ready to hear some tunes??? Let’s do it!

---Earthling – “Nothingness” from Macro Dub Infection – Volume Two (1995)
---The Jesus & Mary Chain – “On the Wall” from Darklands (1987)

No list reading this time… SORRY! I’m trying to get this episode finished and uploaded before the weekend, so my friends will have something to listen to while they’re chilling… If you like any of these tunes, please consider buying a track or two (or maybe even an entire album, if you’re into the FULL EXPERIENCE. I can’t recommend Jesus & Mary Chain’s Darklands enough. Such a brilliant record…), as opposed to just listening to the songs on a streaming service. All tracks included in this program are for educational / appreciation purposes only! Don’t you feel more educated now that you’ve listened to them???

Help keep the tunes alive!!!! Share this show with your friends!!! Aaaarrrh! (That’s a pirate noise…)

---Richard F. Yates (Holy Fool)
