5 things I did to remove strange noise with Blue Yeti and make it sound 100x better

So I spent hours making and editing a gameplay video but it wasn't until I uploaded the video to the internet that I noticed there is a strange background noise when I'm playing the video. Needless to say I was very upset - hours of work gone for nothing. But then I wanted to fix the noise for next time and had to find out what was causing it. The strange thing was that this noise will only occur when I'm talking (i.e. if I stop talking, there is no noise). This means that it's not a physical background noise that it's picking up around my house, because no noise will stop when I'm talking (i.e. insects don't care if I talk or not). So what is the problem? I did 5 things to fix it. The funny thing is after I did the last thing which I'll talk about in my video, now the sound in my recordings sound ridiculously professional, like I'm talking on radio or something. Imagine if I had figured this out 2 years ago? Hope you guys find this useful.
