- The original idea for Shorts didn’t work out, so a new approach was taken
- The new back-end is ready and being tested
- Shorts will initially be tested only on Threads
- A new UI for Shorts will be introduced after the containers are thoroughly tested
We were working on an idea for Shorts that, due to the nature of how 3speak video works, wouldn’t have been useful for us, as it creates a new video on the blog. So, we developed a new back-end and system, which is now ready and live for community testing after several days of private testing.
Initially, Shorts will appear only as regular threads. After intensive testing and ensuring everything is functioning correctly, we will create a new feed exclusive to LeoShorts.
Give them a try, share your experience, and provide us with as much feedback as possible! As always, our community is crucial in the development and improvement of new features, and, of course, in bug hunting.
