Yesterday we concluded the fantasy genre. We discussed some of the most interesting sub-genres of the Fantasy.
We finished the fantasy genre with the end of the month.
The new genre we are going to start discussing is Western.
Yes it is a genre. The western began as a uniquely American genre of film. Primarily action films at heart, these early efforts contained copious if bloodless gunplay but often reinforced stereotypes of American Indians as savages or were otherwise rather simplistic morally.
