Fear breeds fear - Learn to Shit on the toilet

Fear as a momentary impulse to identify a threat can be life saving.

This is where the benefits of fear end. All fear held in the body leads to sickness of the mind, but it is so commonplace, and even natural, so we fail to see it as sickness.

It’s not that fear is evil or bad. We can think of it more like a baby pooping their pants. It’s a natural thing, but an adult will likely (or hopefully) help the baby change their pants and clean them off and eventually teach the baby to poop in a toilet.

Fear should be treated the same way as feces. We don’t say “stop pooping, kid” and say there is something wrong with them. But if we don’t discard and clean up the poop, it will lead to disease.

The problem here is that while humans figured this out about poop a rather long time ago, they have yet to discover it about fear, at least on any large scale.

Our parents wear poop covered cloths and their homes are filled with poop. It is throw at us in the classroom and advertised on television. The algorithms on social media will always lead us towards poop porn or delusion that makes us poop more without even realizing it.

It’s a whole lot of poop, and that’s why everything feels a bit off, or even hopeless sometimes.

Humans will always poop and we don’t need to demonize them or get rid of them or silence them. The desire to do so will only lead to our own chronic diarrhea. We cannot force others to stop throwing their poop everywhere. Any desire to force anything on anyone is born from the illness created from sleeping with and breathing in poop.

All we can do is lead by example. People are scared of a clean room because they grew up in dirty ones. They are scared of clean pants because they grew up in soiled pants and the people they trusted the most were already sick with all the sickness that living in poop leads to.

All we can do is show others how comfortable it is to live in a clean pair of pants and a clean house and create spaces that are fresh and easy to breath in. We can tell people to shower before they come into our houses and our lives. We can offer a clean pair of pants even and let them feel how good it is to be clean and unsmelly.

Day by day we can learn how to stay clean in a poop filled world and build better poop cleaning tactics.

We can avoid places where poop is thrown and show others that it’s normal to poop but it’s healthier to do it in the toilet. We need not let fear need not spread to others or to use it to push against other people’s other kinds of fear. That only creates a smellier world.

If we learn to clean our minds, we will see the whole world clear up as a result. We can’t reach everyone, all we can do is show those who are willing to see, and avoid getting into poopy poop fights with those who aren’t.

It’s not always easy. The poop-all-over culture is still very strong. But the internet is powerful and gives us the resources to find others without the risk of stray poop falling from windows or the poop police. Even in places where the poop police are on patrol, there are ways to connect with others who know how to wash their pants and see how valuable it is to do so.

If you want to know how to clean the poop from your pants, feel free to ask. I’ve dealt with all kinds of diarrhea and I love managed to clean most of it.

I apologize for all the awful imagery that I may have illicit. But don’t be scared. It’s only poop.
