Mutual intelligibility of Estonian And Finnish

The lexical similarity of Estonian and Finnish is 45, which means that 45% percent of the vocabulary has corresponding cognates in the other language. They are fairly close and partially mutually intelligible.

On the video, two native speakers of each language try and describe a word in their own language while the other one tries to guess it. English is used as the meta language and the whole conversation is subtitled in English.

I have a feeling that I might have done better than the Finn but I think that's mainly because I'm good at word guessing games.
