Continuamos con la iniciativa de compras veganas propuesta por la amiga @sirenahippie, ya por la nro 27, con el desafío de ir al mercado a comprar vinagre!
Este es un artículo indispensable en nuestras despensas, necesario para desinfectar los Vegetales, o preparar deliciosas vinagretas o recetas realzando su sabor, en casa lo utilizo para lavar lechuga 🥬 y repollo 🥦, no los consumo sino los lavo con vinagre, porque suelen ser un foco de concentración de bacterias que producen enfermedades.
Es un antiséptico excelente, se puede usar para lavar heridas, incluso lo usan cómo medicina, una receta de la abuela cuando hay evacuación abundante, es 1 cucharadita de vinagre, y santo remedio! jajajaja, el otro día compré uno para un experimento de mi hijo sobre la elaboración de un volcán 🌋!
Así, que hoy me fui al mercado a comprar uno para participar en el desafío de esta semana.

En mi recorrido visite sólo dos lugares, y, en ambos sólo había vinagre de alcohol, no conseguí el de manzana 🍏 que también es excelente.
En cuanto a las marcas, se que hay varias en el mercado, pero yo sólo conseguí 2, una mavesa, y la otra doña Tita, ambos al 5% de acidez, y en dos presentaciones; de 500ml, y de 1 litro.
En cuanto a calidad, creo que los dos son buenos, no tengo ninguna preferencia.
El precio me pareció bastante accesible, el de 500ml 40bs, y el de 1 litro 54bs, compre un doña Tita de 500ml, y me fui a casa!
