Wishing everyone a restful almost weekend as we gear up to enjoy this weekend with our family, friends and loved 🥰 ones. And eating something spicy and delicious is always good to keep us in a light good mood.

My recipe for today a very unique way we can prepare and incorporate beans as a meal for the family, especially the children, because its a recipe that makes beans looks appetizing and healthy with lots of nutritional values. This unique preparation can take a bit of our time but the final result is something we will cherish as wholesome meal 🥘 with good taste.

Although beans is a legumes family known all over the world 🌎, but some of these beans definitely not too versatile when it comes to cuisine in the gastronomy world because of its limitation in verities of ways to preparation, the brown and white beans especially, but with this very recipe, we can incorporate beans as part of our weekly meals because beans is so nutritious.. Beans are great sources of plant 🪴 base protein that promote heart ♥️ and digestive health. Most verities of beans are also packed with fiber which helps us with a big boost when we serve beans among our meals.

Here I will share with you the other ingredients for this recipe and its step by step to this spicy delicious meal 🌶🧅🍅🥮.

INGREDIENTS::

600 g of beans (as a whole)
Long chili’s 🌶
Cherry tomatoes
Hot chili
Onions
Oil
Salt to taste
Ginger
Garlic
Soy cubes

STEPS FOR PREPARATION:

Step 1.

To prepare this unique beans pudding cake, I will start by first cleaning the beans and soaking it with water 💦.

For 20 minutes to enable the skin give way.

Step 2.

Once 20 minutes elapsed, I will wash the beans by squeezing together with my palm ✋, then pouring water to allow the skin float and sieve off.

Gradually I will wash to remove ever skin.

Step 3.

Then soak the beans again for another 30 minutes to soften more to enable an easy blending.

Step 4.

While waiting for the beans to soak properly, I will wash these molds and keep ready to dry.

Step 5.

Next I will wash and cut all the spices in small chunks for easy blending. The chili 🌶 Onions 🧅, tomatoes 🍅, ginger and garlic 🧄.

I will prepare the beans for blending by pouring it into the blender, then adding the spices and water 💦,

Set to blend the beans in smiles. A unique meal 🥘 every one will love ❤️ .

And blending this beans just have to be with care to avoid my blender over working. So I have to blend in gradual movements. It was fun though with lots of smile. Good food good energy 😄.

Step 9.

I will then pour the blended beans in a bowl 🥣 for mixing, adding bit of water, salt, soy cube and stir to incorporate.

Lastly will add vegetable oil that will give it some moist and tenderness .

I will glaze the molds with some oil to avoid sticking, scoop the beans pudding into them measuring quantity.

Once ready I will add slices of onions to them for more aroma .

Step 12.

I will take them into the cooking pan, covered, to steam them and cook for 45 - 50 minutes for proper solidifying and edible.

Solidifying and thickened here.

Step 13.

Once cooked I will set it down, allow to cool down for at least 30 minutes to enable that final delicious touch.

To serve I will un-mold with a cutlery,, placing them in a plate as in the photos here. Finally a delightful delicious pudding cake 🥮.

What a meal 🥘 of beans in cake finishing. This is so unique with its peculiar way if cooking. Its prep tine is some how consuming, but the final result is worthwhile. A unique delicious vegan 🌱 healthy meal . Its appetizing and full of richness. Try this recipe and you will fall in love 🥰 with it.
