Crunchy Peanut Carrot Salad Snacks 🥜🥕🥗.

Happy Sunday Hivers and friends of plantpowervegan . The weekend is for relaxation enjoying good food 🥘 and snacks along side family, friends and loved 🥰 ones.

Today the weather is very warm from my end, making me to prepare this very recipe I will share with you. A little beauty of combination I made for a side lunch snacks that tested so crunchy and delicious. Peanut 🥜 and carrot 🥕 is a good delicious snack with some touch of black pepper and oil, especially on a warmer day weather because we will definitely be needing some cold and chill drink over this snacks recipe.

When I first thought of this recipe, I smiled because I know its a rear one, but its absolutely delicious, healthy for the heart ❤️ and good skin nourishment since they supply nutrients that boost our immune system.

Its a very quick and straightforward recipe with just a short prep time once we arrange the ingredients involved. This is a treat on its own.

Come with me friends to prepare this simple healthy snack we can choose to relax with as we energizes for the new week.

INGREDIENTS:

5 finger carrots
100 g of peanut
1 teaspoon of premium sugar
20 ml orange syrup (instead of red wine 🍷)
1/2 teaspoon tropical 🏝 extract
1 tablespoon of pure vegetable oil

STEPS FOR PREPARATION:

Step 1

First thing I will do is to scrape clean the carrots, wash and sterilize . Then leave to drain off water.

Step 2.

Next I will slice the carrot and cut shred them into small sizes.

Step 3.

Next I will pour and heat up the vegetable oil for a more light texture

Step 4.

Then will set to mix all the ingredients together.

To mix I will add the shredded carrots, next the peanut, orange syrup the sugar and the tropical 🏝 extract.

Step 6.

Finally will add the vegetable oil. Then will stir and mix them all to incorporate thoroughly.

You can never imagine how this does taste. So crunchy and delicious. This is my first time trying out this recipe and I recommend it for you to try. You will love it 😍 and will want to try it again. A vegan delight for healthy heart ❤️, good skin and boost of immune system.
