Excellent post @amy-goodrich, I think the explanation you give regarding soy is great, certainly not all people like soy. The peanut tofu thing is great, I have to try it.
These crispy, full, delicious tacos are easily a complete meal. I really liked all the filling and the presentation. Very good recipe, to lick your fingers. Greetings.
