Welcome to my blog again. I am so glad that you are here again. Today i would like to share the recipe of masala corn chaat.

Just hearing the name of chaat makes the mouth watering. This same happen with sweet corn chaat. This is a simple chaat but in taste it's superb which is easy to make . We can make it with boiled sweet corn and some spices. If you want to make it more tasty you can add onion and tomato. It can be ready in 10 minutes. This is a perfect snack loaded with nutritions.

This time i made a simple corn chaat, because i love to eat spicy tangy corn chaat prepared with only some herbs.

Let's enjoy the chaat recipe :

Ingredients ✅

Sweet corn kernels 1 cup
Black rock salt as per taste
Black pepper 1/2 tsp
Chaat masala 1 tsp
Lemon juice 1 tsp

Process to make this chaat ✅

Step 1 :

First take one boil of corn kernels and boil it. You can boil it in open or you can boil it in pressure cooker till one whistle.

I wash the corn kernels and cook in the pressure cooker.

Than starin all water with the help of sieve:

Now if you want to add melted butter you can. But i made it as a vegan chaat so i skipped it.

Add chaat masala, black pepper, lemon juice and salt one by one. You can adjust the quantity of spices according to your taste.

Now mix all ingredients well. You can also add finely chopped onion and tomato this time.
And now we don't need further step, our spicy masala corn chaat is ready to serve.
You can serve it in different different way. This time i keep it simple and just serve it normal.
