El té de cúrcuma con jengibre, limón y canela debe tomarse caliente en caso de tener gripe y si es para reducir las medidas debe tomarse en las mañanas antes de cada comida.

Ingredientes para la preparación de una taza de té:
- 2 cucharaditas de cúrcuma o una rodaja.
- 1 taza de agua o 150 ml .
- 2 cucharadas de azúcar o papelón
- 1/2 limón.
- 2 rodajas de jengibre.
- 2 cucharadita pequeña de canela o una rama

Preparación del té:
- Poner a calentar en la cocina una olla con 150 ml de agua,el jengibre y las cucharadas de cúrcuma.

- Espera a que hierva para bajar de la candela.
