I made snacks for vegan friends "spinach chips" the crunchy texture tastes delicious and delicious

Don't worry, vegan friends who choose or live a life without consuming meat or other animal protein, you can still eat healthy and delicious food with many types of variants.

For this recipe, I made a special snack which is perfect for accompanying vegan friends while watching dramas or relaxing.
Yes I make "spinach chips" have you tried or made them? There are many types of vegetable chips that we can make, but today I made spinach chips with a distinctive chip taste which is very suitable for consumption by those of us who are vegan because there are no added animal proteins such as eggs in it.

These spinach chips are very good if we use wide and large spinach leaves, usually found on plantations in villages but if you live in the city, it's a little difficult to find them, so I use spinach which is usually used for cooking.There is no noticeable difference just because using spinach with smaller leaves requires a little patience when frying and finishing all the chips.
Let's just do it straight away


PREPARATION


1 bunch of spinach, just take the leaves
150 grams of rice flour
50 grams of tapioca flour
300 ml water

Ground spices :
11 grams of garlic
1 tbsp coriander
3 grams of candlenuts
1 tbsp salt
1 tsp mushroom stock


HOW TO MAKE:


Prepare all the ingredients, wash the spinach and set aside


Start grinding the spices until smooth


In a large container, add rice flour, tapioca flour, salt and mushroom stock and ground spices.


Pour in water little by little (you can adjust the amount of water according to the flour you use because usually the consistency you get is different from different brands, make sure the dough is more liquid, ideally use around 300-400 ml of water or a ratio of water and flour of 1:1 )


Put the spinach in a container then start frying.


Fry until golden cooked until done


Spinach chips are ready to be enjoyed, you can eat them with rice or as a snack.
