For the first time, I have tried Waffle at home, usually waffle are not available in my city, when i go out of town with kids for fun and enjoyment,kids always shouting Waffle, Waffle, Waffle..! Because they love waffle alot, Per Waffle cost around $3.5 which is quite Expensive, even unhealthy as it is made up of all-purpose flour, as kids miss waffle at home. So ordered the waffle iron, now making Waffle at home is simple and Healthy.This waffle recipe, you'll need to make homemade waffles with your waffle iron. Simple some common ingredients mix up quickly in this easy batter and your waffle is ready. The recipe 'm sharing is totally vegan. I must say that There’s something truly special about homemade waffles. Their golden-brown, crispy exterior gives way to a soft, sweet chocolate flavour, making each bite a delightful experience.

The Ingredients
• 25O grams oats.
• 2 Teaspoon Sugar powder.
• 2 Teaspoon Oil.
• 1/2 Vanila essence.
• Pinch of Baking Soda.
• Pinch of Salt.
• Harshey Chocolate Syrup.
• Colored Coated Fennel Seeds for Garnish.
Process
Step 1. In a large bowl, mix together oats, salt, baking powder, chocolate syrup, vanila essence and sugar.
Step 2. Mix it well.
Step 4. Preheat waffle iron to desired temperature.
Step 5. Ladle the batter into a preheated waffle iron. Spread it well.
Step 6. Cook the waffles until it get crisp (hardly 7 to 8 minutes)
Step 7. Waffle is ready to serve, can you feel the chocolatly steam
For garnishing, spread the chocolate syrup and sprinkle some fennel seeds to make it more tempting.
Tips for crispy waffle
•Avoid over-mixing of the the batter.
• For Perfect waffles, use a measuring cup to pour the batter.
•Serve immediately for crispy waffle.
