Al llegar al área donde estaban los pimentones solo había pimentones verdes y pimentones rojo. El precio del pimentón verde es de 1.87$ y el pimentón rojo tiene un precio de 2.84$ la diferencia es de casi un dólar entre cada tipo de pimentón. | This time I went to the Rio supermarket, but one that is a bit far from my house, it is in Pampatar and it is the first time I have visited it. | Cómo solo había estos dos tipos de pimentones los estuve escogiendo. Había pimentones rojos, pero había algunos en tonos naranjas y verdes así que estuve encogiendo y así poder preparar algunas deliciosas recetas que pueda compartir en esta comunidad. El color de los pimentones va variando por su estado de maduración y al estar más maduros tienen más vitamina c. | Since there were only these two types of paprika, I was choosing them. | Para mí la mayor diferencia entre el color de los pimentones es su sabor ya que el verde tiende a tener un sabor más amargo y el pimiento rojo, naranja y amarillo tiene una sabor más dulce, estos últimos son más usados a la hora de hacer ensaladas o rellenarlos. El pimentón verde puede ser más usado a la hora de hacer preparaciones cocidas y más elaboradas. | For me the biggest difference between the color of the peppers is their flavor, since the green one tends to have a more bitter flavor and the red, orange and yellow peppers have a sweeter flavor, the latter are more used when it comes to make salads or stuff them. Green paprika can be used more when making cooked and more elaborate preparations. |

| Así que mi compra tuve dos pimentones rojos y dos pimentones verdes y la verdad creo que el precio de los pimentones estuvo bien ya que hubo un tiempo donde el precio del pimentón llegó a casi 5$ la verdad es que los pimentones son muy versátiles a la hora de cocinar ya que los podemos guisar, usa en ensaladas, hacerlos rellenos o tal vez hacer una mermelada.
