Fried Cauliflower with Peanut Sauce

Snacks that can be a booster "Fried Cauliflower with Peanut Sauce"

Hello Vegan Friends.. How are you today? Are you in a good mood today??

This time I want to share the snacks that I cooked this morning, why did I cook this snack in the morning? I think this snack can be a mood booster when the mood is not good. Usually cauliflower is only processed into a menu such as stir-fry or as a side dish for soup. But this time I want to change this cauliflower a little into a delicious snack.

Because I like fried snacks, this time I want to make "Fried Cauliflower with Peanut Sauce"




INGREDIENTS

  • 300 grams of Cauliflower

Wet Flour

  • 2 tablespoons of Bread Flour
  • 1 tablespoon of Rice Flour
  • 1/4 teaspoon of salt, 1/4 teaspoon of flavoring, and 1/4 teaspoon of coriander powder
  • 50 ml of water

Peanut Sauce

  • 2 tablespoons of Peanuts
  • 1 clove of Shallots, 1 clove of Garlic
  • 4 pcs red chilies
  • 2 tablespoon sweet soy sauce
  • 1/4 teaspoon of salt, and 1/4 tsp of flavoring
  • 5 tablespoons of hot oil
  • 50 ml of hot water.

Cooking Instructions


  • ​​First, peel or cut the cauliflower into small pieces then wash it thoroughly by soaking it in clean water.

  • Then we prepare the wet flour ingredients.
    Add 2 tablespoons of bread flour and 1 tablespoon of rice flour with seasonings such as salt and flavoring, then add 50 ml of water and stir until the flour dissolves, and the consistency of the solution is not too runny and not too thick.

  • Prepare a frying pan and lots of oil, the oil I use is about 250 ml. or cover half of the frying pan. Then heat it

  • ​​Put in the cauliflower that has been washed clean, and put it in the flour solution that has been provided.

Fry on medium heat until browned

  • ​​Then we move on to the peanut sauce, fry the garlic and shallots along with the chilies until slightly wilted. set aside.

Then fry the peanuts until browned and remove.

  • ​​Put all the fried sauce spices into a blender, add 5 tablespoons of hot oil, with 50 ml of hot water, and also salt and flavoring

  • After the spices are smooth, add 2 tablespoons of sweet soy sauce. then stir until evenly mixed.
