The ingredients needed in cooking "bean curd tauco"

  • 100 grams of chickpeas

  • 1 liters of coconut milk with medium thickness

This time, you need a lot of coconut starch essence because you have to cook it for a long time so that it is absorbed slowly and in the end it turns out to be a little, so what you need is about 1 liter

  • 100 grams of fruit jungle

Rimbang fruit is a fruit that is commonly used as an eye medicine where this fruit is the size of a pea and is often found in spring.

  • 2 blocks of white tofu

This white tofu is one of my favorite foods besides to expedite breast milk I always make it as food during the day usually especially white tofu has a lot of protein in its content

  • 2 blocks of tempeh

Tempe is processed from soybeans using its own manufacturing method so it is ready to be marketed and now tempe has become a typical Indonesian food

  • 5 tablespoons of tauco

Tauco is a processed seasoning made from soybeans which is ready to be used as a kitchen spice at home with the right taste after being refined by boiling it first.




All the ingredients needed



Ground spices :

  • 10 red onions
  • 4 cloves of garlic
  • 1 segment of ginger
  • 1 forefinger of turmeric

The stages in making the Padang Bean Tauco Curry:

First cut all the beans, tempeh and tofu according to individual tastes

then peel all the fine ingredients including shallots, garlic, ginger and turmeric, then blend until smooth

After that, prepare the ingredients for the stir fry, namely shallots, garlic, green chilies and tomatoes

then fried tempeh, tofu and jungle fruit

after that put in the oil for sauteing about 2 tablespoons, then stir-fry the ground spices first until the aroma of the spices comes out then add the sliced ​​tomatoes and onions and cook a little wilted

add tauco and thick coconut milk to the stir earlier then stir the coconut milk so it doesn't break

after that add the green beans and rimbang fruit, and after that add the fried tempeh and tofu then cook everything so that all the ingredients are perfectly cooked

while stirring occasionally so it doesn't dry and stick to me

after everything is finished, this Padang Bean Tauco Curry is ready to be served



It turns out that this tauco curry, my friends, is in accordance with my expectations, the taste is also very good, I'm sure this menu will become a mandatory menu every weekend in my family, I really like this menu even though it's the first time we eat it but the impression is very good on our tongue and according to our tastes
