¡Hola amigos lectores! Les tengo una pregunta, ¿Son de leer libros de autodescubrimiento y crecimiento personal? Yo no leo tanto este tipo de libros como me gustaría, pero sí es un tema que me interesa mucho y creo que son una buena herramienta para entender la vida y hasta mejorarla. Es por eso que empecé a leer esta trilogía que se llama Memorias y hoy les quiero compartir mi reseña acerca de este primer tomo llamado Memorias de un alma a los 30 de la autora Antonella Ivanna Mancuso.
Hello fellow readers! I have a question for you, do you read books about self-discovery and personal growth? I don't read this kind of books as much as I would like to, but it is a topic that interests me a lot and I think they are a good tool to understand life and even improve it. That's why I started reading this trilogy called Memoirs and today I want to share my review about this first volume called Memoirs of a soul at 30 by the author Antonella Ivanna Mancuso.
En este libro nos vamos a encontrar con anécdotas de la vida de esta autora en donde nos invita a despertar la mente y aprender a usar los pensamientos correctamente para que funcionen a nuestro favor, ya que todo es energía y lo que pensamos lo podemos materializar para bien y para mal. Redactado de una manera sencilla, de fácil entendimiento, nos va introduciendo de a poco en este viaje de autodescubrimiento.
In this book we will find anecdotes from the life of this author where she invites us to awaken the mind and learn to use our thoughts correctly so that they work in our favor, since everything is energy and what we think we can materialize for good and for bad. Written in a simple way, easy to understand, it introduces us little by little in this journey of self-discovery.
Es una lectura que les recomiendo si les gustaría iniciarse en temas de autodescubrimiento y crecimiento personal, ya que es ideal para los que no son de leer libros de este estilo. Está todo explicado de manera muy amena y la narración de la autora es genuina y atrapante, por lo que te invita a seguir leyendo hasta el final.
It is a reading that I recommend if you would like to get started in themes of self-discovery and personal growth, as it is ideal for those who are not used to reading books of this style. Everything is explained in a very pleasant way and the author's narration is genuine and captivating, so it invites you to keep reading until the end.
Ella nos va contando anécdotas de su vida donde puso en práctica todo lo que leyó de otros autores que escriben sobre estos temas y le funcionó, por lo que nos comparte de una manera más descomprimida toda la información que fue recopilando para que la pongamos en práctica también y empecemos a hacer un cambio en nuestros pensamientos.
She tells us anecdotes of her life where she put into practice everything she read from other authors who write about these topics and it worked for her, so she shares with us in a more decompressed way all the information she gathered so that we can put it into practice and start to make a change in our thoughts.
Mucho de lo expresado lo conocía por otros libros pero fue genial volver a refrescarlo y más teniendo la absoluta certeza de que en verdad funcionan y es posible lograr aplicarlos, aunque no es tarea sencilla, requiere de práctica para ir modificando la manera en la que nos expresamos y nos movemos en nuestro entorno.
Much of what was expressed I knew from other books but it was great to refresh it again and even more having the absolute certainty that they really work and it is possible to apply them, although it is not an easy task, it requires practice to modify the way in which we express ourselves and move in our environment.
Debo decir que me atrapó mucho la manera de comunicar de esta autora, por lo que se me hizo entretenido y rápido de leer. Es una lectura que no abruma en lo absoluto y encima es de pocas páginas. La verdad es que si les interesa el tema les recomiendo estos libros que sin dudas los van a hacer reflexionar. Pronto les iré contando qué tal los otros dos que me faltan leer.
I must say that I was really caught by the way this author communicates, so I found it entertaining and quick to read. It is a reading that does not overwhelm at all and on top of that it is of few pages. The truth is that if you are interested in the subject I recommend these books that will undoubtedly make you think. Soon I will tell you how the other two I have yet to read.
