Sin duda que Internet nos ha facilitado la vida, al día de hoy podemos realizar distintas clases de actividades que antes requerían de nuestra presencia y que además nos consumía mucho tiempo: transacciones bancarias, compras van desde alimentos hasta otros productos, cursos en linea, consultas médicas,etc... pero entre todas esta también una que es tan vital y fundamental en la vida del ser humano, una que no es mas que las relaciones interpersonales, esas que pueden ir desde la amistad hasta el amor.
El amor... ese sentimiento, esa atracción y deseo por querer estar con esa otra persona para compartir nuestras ideas y emociones, esta muy presente en la mente de Ana.
Ana es una chica que ya roza los 30 años, y que a pesar de que haber tenido otras relaciones amorosas que han terminado en fracaso no se ha dejado por vencida para conseguir a lo que ella considera su "media naranja". Y haciendo uso de estas aplicaciones que se usan en los móviles inteligentes, decide aprovecharlas para hallar a esa persona ideal.
Tras revisar distintas aplicaciones y perfiles que se encuentran en las mismas, nota un perfil que le llama mucho la atención: un chico que apenas tiene 24 años, que se hace llamar Víctor, y que entre los temas de interés coinciden con los de ella. A partir de ese entonces, Víctor y Ana se hacen buenos amigos , se comunicación al principio solo por chat, luego, a tener mas confianza pasan a las vídeollamas, haciendo que la emoción del uno por el otro se acrecente por el aspecto físico entre ambos y mas porque la sensación de misterio de no conocer sus rostros se ha desvanecido.
Todo esto ocurre casi a diario, salvo en los días en que tienen que atender otros asuntos de sus vidas cotidianas; pero aun así, siempre están atentos el uno por el otro.
Tras varios meses desde su conversación inicial ambos deciden pasar a otra etapa de su relación, los dos se han puesto de acuerdo para verse en persona en un lugar propicio que les permita hablar sin interrupciones, sintiéndose a su vez cómodos y tranquilos; el lugar escogido ha sido una cafetería.
Llega el día acordado, Ana es la primera en llegar y al apenas entrar siente que su corazón late con mas fuerza, dado que la expectativa se hace mayor al tener que esperar por Víctor.
Al escoger la mesa que a ella le parece adecuada, y da instrucciones a la mesera que aun no ha de solicitar de algún producto por tener que aguardar por alguien.
Ana siente frio en sus manos. Y le cuesta mantener en orden sus pensamientos al manejar posibles escenarios de la cita, siendo principal la de ser embaucada por este chico.
Ana mira su reloj y nota que han pasado veinte minutos, a lo que ella por el desespero que se ha disparado al ver la hora se empieza a levantar de la silla lista para irse, pero, algo la detiene de manera repentina y hace a su vez que su mente se le nuble por algunos segundos y su corazón se paralice, eso algo no era mas que la mano de Víctor sobre hombro.
Víctor al tomar asiento y ver cara a cara a Ana le ofrece disculpas por la tardanza, que el trafico de la ciudad esta insoportable pero aun así sabia que debía de cumplir con este compromiso adquirido, a lo que Ana al ir escuchándolo se va tranquilizando poco a poco, mas al contar que por parte de ella se estaba impacientando y creyendo que este encuentro no se iba a producir.
Ya los dos a medida que van platicando retoman la confianza nuevamente, hablan como locos y sin pararse en ningún momento: cuentan sobre sus anécdotas sobre sus relaciones anteriores, sus fracasos amorosos, sueños ante la vida, sus personalidades, pasatiempos y ocupaciones. Tantos temas que sacar a relucir que hace que pierdan la noción del tiempo hasta que Ana se acuerda que debe de irse para no llegar tarde a casa, dado que debe de salir temprano por asuntos laborares. Víctor entiende a la perfección y decide acompañarla a tomar un taxi.
Al estar en la calle y detener un taxi, Victor no pierde la oportunidad de confesar de que se siente fuertemente atraído hacia ella, que desde el momento en que se conocieron por Internet sabia que era especial, y que no dejaba de soñar por este encuentro y tenerla cerca, a lo que Ana lo miró fijamente a los ojos, sonriendo y respondiendo "yo también siento lo mismo por ti". Sin pensarlo, los dos se besan, y que a pesar de durar unos breves segundos este beso no dejo de ser apasionado e intenso. Un beso que puede ser tomado como el inicio de un amor que transcenderá a lo largo del tiempo, un beso que marca el inicio de algo especial en sus vidas.
Ya al ingresar al vehículo y partir, Ana no deja de ver por la ventana trasera a Víctor quien aun espera en la acera, y que no aparta su mirada hasta verlo casi desaparecer por la lejanía entre los dos.
Nada mas le queda de consuelo el saber que pueden mantenerse en contacto por los medios digitales, aguardando por un día en que puedan reunirse nuevamente.

Ana is a girl who is almost 30 years old, and despite having had other love relationships that have ended in failure, she has not given up to get what she considers her "better half". And making use of these applications that are used in smartphones, she decides to take advantage of them to find that ideal person.
After reviewing different applications and profiles found in them, she notices a profile that catches her attention: a guy who is only 24 years old, who calls himself Victor, and whose interests coincide with hers. From then on, Victor and Ana become good friends, they communicate at first only by chat, then, when they have more confidence, they start video-calling, making their emotion for each other grow because of the physical aspect between them and more because the feeling of mystery of not knowing each other's faces has vanished.
All of this happens almost daily, except on days when they have to attend to other matters in their daily lives; but even so, they are always attentive to each other.
After several months since their initial conversation they both decide to move on to another stage of their relationship, they have agreed to meet in person in a suitable place that allows them to talk without interruptions, feeling at the same time comfortable and calm; the chosen place has been a coffee shop.
The agreed day arrives, Ana is the first to arrive and as soon as she enters she feels that her heart beats stronger, since the expectation becomes greater as she has to wait for Victor.
She chooses the table that she thinks is the right one, and gives instructions to the waitress that she has not yet ordered any product because she has to wait for someone.
Ana feels cold in her hands. And she finds it hard to keep her thoughts in order when handling possible scenarios of the date, the main one being that of being duped by this guy.
Ana looks at her watch and notices that twenty minutes have passed, so she starts to get up from her chair ready to leave, but something suddenly stops her and makes her mind cloud over for a few seconds and her heart freezes, that something was nothing more than Victor's hand on her shoulder.
Victor to take a seat and see Ana face to face offers apologies for the delay, that the traffic in the city is unbearable but still knew that he had to fulfill this commitment, to what Ana to be listening to him is gradually calming down, but to tell that she was getting impatient and believing that this meeting was not going to happen.
They talk like crazy and without stopping at any time: they tell anecdotes about their previous relationships, their failed love affairs, their dreams about life, their personalities, hobbies and occupations. So many topics to bring up that they lose track of time until Ana remembers that she has to leave so as not to be late home, since she has to leave early for work. Victor understands perfectly and decides to accompany her to take a cab.
When they are on the street and stop a cab, Victor does not miss the opportunity to confess that he feels strongly attracted to her, that from the moment they met on the Internet he knew she was special, and that he did not stop dreaming about this meeting and having her close, to which Ana looked him straight in the eyes, smiling and answering "I also feel the same for you". Without thinking, the two kiss, and despite lasting a few brief seconds this kiss did not cease to be passionate and intense. A kiss that can be taken as the beginning of a love that will transcend over time, a kiss that marks the beginning of something special in their lives.
When they get into the car and leave, Ana does not stop looking out the back window at Victor who is still waiting on the sidewalk, and does not look away until she sees him almost disappear into the distance between the two of them.
The only consolation she has left is to know that they can keep in touch through digital media, waiting for a day when they can meet again.
