So for those that didn't catch it, I am the new project lead for Lethean VPN; when I took over, the project had been in a dormant state since 2019. The network, still operational, was run by the community who refused to admit the overwhelming truth. Lethean was on its death bed.
I am involved with HashVault mining pools; its current polish is the work of HashVault. I created the base, a search engine indexable multi-tenant & multi-lingual implementation served globally at lightning speeds (for angular js).
Doing some research into my favourite coin around the end of 2020, I went to one of the bi-weekly meetings to see what was up. Was it time to close the mining pool? Was there anything left? What I found was remarkable; I've never seen such a committed community of people, who, while individually had little to give, collectively provided and sustained Lethean, without even having Logins and such forth.
This level of Alturismim is not something I come across much in life, as I find people rush around too busy in their rat races, trying to complete whatever objectives they think is essential at the time. Not here; these people were in love with an idea, the project and what it stood for. As a community of computer minded people, we can stand up for more comprehensive digital public safety.
When the project created the world first dVPN, it did not take the easy route; to use a public chain where you can transact quickly but without Confidentiality would have provided a better service, sure; But at what cost? So that entities can trace the usage of single users, that credit agencies could analyse and score businesses fueling chain based capitalist popularity contests.
No, that is wrong for a VPN!... in what world can one promote Privacy & safety yet let your user's Private data be shared across the globe. That is the difference and the core of everyone's passion for Lethean.
When we say we "Protect The Future", we not only mean it; we have proven it and do so every day. Our project has fought since 2019 to stay alive, without reward, without hope, and here we still stand; undefeated, bruised, battered, with a smile on our faces; this is a project of love, if you are new to Lethean, then welcome to the Tribe, we are an anonymous group of security-focused people who understand the perils the general public is in.

Where next, and what was the point of telling us this? Well, put; In short, I'm rebuilding the system architecture in a big way.
Over the last few weeks, I've been implementing server changes and setting up the required business/real-world things so that we can move forward as a fully active, community-driven project & Company.
We are an Apple Developer* as an Organisation; our Windows EV Code signing certificate is on the way... Install warnings are a thing of the past for us, Wahoo!
We are moving forward according to a plan, which is all held up by the code signing, first going to Sectigo; their system lost our Order; by the time we got the refund, three weeks had gone by.
