Warm greetings fellow shadow hunters! š š š āØ š¤
For my entry in Shadow Hunters Community Contest/Show Me a Shadow: Round 335, I share with you several photos that I took two days ago, in the late-afternoon sun, of the very pretty play of light and shadows on the huge overlapping leaves of a the orangeade bromeliad - Aechmea blanchetiana, a species of very large bromeilads from the Atlantic Coast of Brazil. This bromeliad can grow seriously massive, way bigger than a human, and when growing in sun, the green leaves take on gorgeous yellow-orange-red hues, that absolutely glow when backlit by sunlight!
This plant, which is growing on the lava along the side of the path going up to the Flow House, is positioned in such a way that the late-afternoon bathes and passes through the leaves, creating a very striking sight to behold! Now add in shadows, and we have the making of a great entry for the contest! I hope that y'all dig 'em as much as I did when I took them! š š š āØ š¤

All photos were taken with my Motorola G Play 2024 Android Phone.
Thank you all so much who have helped me get to where I am today, and allowing me to share more of the beauty and magic from my life and my world with you, and for your continuous appreciation and support! I am truly deeply grateful! šššāØš¤
