Warm greetings all! š š
For my entry in Shadow Hunters Community Contest/Show Me a Shadow: Round 238 this week, in sharing a few photos that I took over at my plant friend Kelly's property the Friday before last. This lovely little plant, Ternera ulmifolia, a close relative of damiana, has one of the most colorful common/vernacular/colloquial names around, Ramgoat Dashalong, alluding to how it makes male goats act when they eat it.
Aside from being beautiful and having a super cool common name, it's also very medicinal, beneficially affecting multiple systems in the human body, and one I utilize often in my medicinal tea blends.
I love how clean and sharp the shadows in these photos are defined, and the vividness of its bright yellow flowers and contrasting its dark green leaves.
I usually post my entry on Friday, however I was over at Kelly's property for most of the day yesterday for day one (of two) of a work party on her land. I totally forgot about it yesterday, but it's fine, as here it is today! I hope y'all enjoy! šš
All photos were taken with my Motorola G Power Android Phone.

Thank you all so much who have helped me get to where I am today, and allowing me to share more of the beauty and magic from my life and my world with you, and for your continuous appreciation and support! I am truly deeply grateful! ššš
