Hi all member of Shadow Hunter community,

I am delighted to be entering again the shadow hunter contest. By looking at the title, it is Shadow Hunters contest round 203. These shadows was photograph last week during my commute from my office in Bangsar to Subang Jaya SS15 LRT station. At the moment, it was almost 7PM and the sun has just started to set.

Usually I will ride my motorbike to office. Because it is the fastest option compared to other mode of transportation such as LRT or MRT. But on that particular day, I do not feel like riding my motorbike. I do not know why... I just don't have the feeling.

Just as a comparison, travelling using my motorbike, I just need to spend 12USD per week for the fuel. Motorbike parking is free at my office area, and I can get from my house to office within 30 minutes or 35 minutes tops.

However, If I were to travel by LRT, I need to spend around 10USD per week for the LRT token fee. But I need to spend around 20 minutes travelling from my house to SS15 LRT station, and then another 35 minutes from SS15 LRT station to my office in Bangsar.

Back and forth via LRT will cost me around 1 hour of time and sometimes more depending on number of passengers, because I need to queue before I can embark the LRT tren.

The SS 15 LRT station is an elevated LRT station connects the SS15 and SS17 neighborhoods in Subang Jaya, Selangor. The station is located at Jalan Jengka: https://www.klia2.info/rail/rapidkl-lrt/kelana-jaya-line/ss-15/

After 35 minutes of travelling via LRT from Bangsar, I reached to SS15 LRT station. The LRT station has two floor. The upper floor is where you get to embark and disembark the LRT tren. The lower floor is where the entry and exit into the station.

I was on my way down from the upper floor of the station, heading toward the lower floor to exit SS15 LRT station. Halfway down the stairs, I noticed how the sun hits the lower platform floor and cast shadows of the LRT station building column.

This is the photograph that I took when I was halfway down the stairs. It was considered a peak hour at the time I was there. Most of the passengers were on their way home from work.

It is quite impossible for me to get a photograph without also capturing photograph of the passengers. This is the 'cleanest' photograph that I am able to take from the stairs.

I waited for 5 minutes just to make sure that majority of the passengers has exited the station. I want to ensure that I am able to get at least one 'clean' photograph without the passengers. Finally the wait was worth it. Thus I am able to get this photograph. 馃榿

What to do next is to choose which picture I want to use for the contest entry. Should it be the first picture, or the second one? I think, most probably the first picture.

That's all for today. Thank you for reading!!
