Well, actually I should say that it's my shadow and that of my dog Rocky, hahaha. He's been more daring and didn't mind being in the picture. How smug, LOL!
Our daily walks together are a time of relaxation and disconnection. We do a bit of exercise and get some air and sun. I usually take the opportunity to listen to podcasts. Concentrating on the voices of others helps me to forget my own inner self for a while.

Bueno, en realidad debería decir que es mi sombra y la de mi perrito Rocky, jajaja. Él ha sido más atrevido y no le ha importado salir en la imagen. ¡Qué presumido!
Los paseos que damos juntos a diario son un tiempo de relax y desconexión. Hacemos un poco de ejercicio y tomamos el aire y el sol. Yo suelo aprovechar para escuchar podcasts. Concentrarme en las voces de otros me ayuda a olvidar la mía interior por un rato.
