[ENG] It's a pleasure to say hello to the entire Hive Shadowhunter community. This week I want to share with you the reflection of a large puddle produced by the constant rains that have occurred in recent weeks in San Antonio.

[ENG] From this reflection, the interaction between the power lines in the area, the sky that seems to be clearing, and the surrounding undergrowth seemed curious to me. In particular, it gives me the impression that the power line breaks, with its firm lines, the curves of the vegetation joining the clouds, while the asphalt stones add texture to the reflection of the sky. It is a rather unique combination of elements.
[ESP] De este reflejo me pareció curiosa la interacción que hay entre el tendido eléctrico de la zona, el cielo que parece estarse despejando y la maleza alrededor. Particularmente me da la impresión de que el tendido eléctrico rompe, con sus líneas firmes, las curvas de la vegetación uniéndose con las nubes, mientras que las piedras del asfalto agregan textura al reflejo del cielo. Es una combinación de elementos bastante singular.
[ENG] After taking the photo, a truck passed over the puddle and it seemed like the perfect opportunity to discover how the waves of the water interacted with the reflection of the rest of the elements. Honestly, it did not turn out as I wanted (uniform waves harmonically distorting the reflection), but you can still perceive beauty in the unexpected.
[ESP] Luego de tomar la foto pasó un camión sobre el charco y me pareció la oportunidad perfecta para descubrir cómo interacturían las ondas del agua con el reflejo del resto de elementos. Sinceramente no resultó como yo deseaba (ondas uniformes distorsionando armónicamente el reflejo), pero igual se puede percibir la belleza en lo inesperado.
[ENG] Capturing shadows and reflections is an art style that goes unnoticed, but when you become aware of it, it is inevitable to perceive it anywhere. Hope you enjoy it, regards! ✌🏼
