My Entry for Show Me A Shadow, Round #207

It's that time of the week. Time for the next round of the Show Me A Shadow contest, created by @melinda010100, and brought to you by the Shadow Hunters Community - hive-179017. If you want to show us your shadow photos, you will find details on the SMASh contest here.

This week, my shadow photos come from a Valentine's dance that my wife and I attended. The dance was hosted by Swing Junction. My wife and I joined Swing Junction last year to take country dance lessons but, after a disagreement regarding the instructors starting to wear masks, we moved over to the swing dance classes. You may be aware that there are many types of swing dancing - East Coast Swing, West Coast Swing, Country Swing... The swing dancing that we are learning is the Lindy Hop, which was developed in 1928 at the Savoy Ballroom in Harlem. It evolved from the Charleston. But, that's enough about swing dancing. This is supposed to be a shadow photo contest. So, here are my shadows:

"No one can dance better than his own shadow, and no shadow can dance better than its own owner!"
