Hello, friends. On my, purely subjective view, the best time to search and photograph reflections is autumn. The best objects of reflection, again in my opinion, are medieval buildings and structures.
Last fall, as if specifically for the reflection hunters contest, I photographed the Friedland Gate and the old defensive rampart reflecting in the pond in the Southern Park of Kaliningrad.
The Friedland Gate and the defensive rampart adjacent to it had lost their military significance by the beginning of the twentieth century.
Currently, a museum is located in the premises of the Friedland Gate, and the remains of the defensive rampart serve as an ornament of the South Park.
