Late autumn | Reflection Hunters Contest ~ Round 146

Hello, friends.
Today, for the photo contest Reflection Hunters Contest ~ Round 146 by @olgavita, I want to present a photo taken in November .
It was late autumn, almost all the trees had lost their leaves. Only the pines were green, and a couple of young birches still pleased the eye with yellow foliage.

We came to this place to take a break from the bustle of the city and enjoy the peace on the banks of a slowly flowing river.

Complete calm and almost stagnant water created ideal conditions for hunting for reflections.
The surface of the water, like a mirror, reflected the trees growing along the banks. While taking photographs, I only regretted one thing, that I did not come to this place a couple of weeks earlier, when all the trees were still covered with yellow leaves.

But later, already at home, looking at the resulting photographs, I decided that the reflections of bare trees look even more original than those with foliage. If a birch with yellow leaves or a green pine is reflected in the water as bright spots, then a tree with flying leaves shows its entire structure in the reflection - the trunk, the branches, the remaining single leaves.

Late autumn is perhaps the best time in our area for a photographer: the air is clean and transparent, all objects are clearly visible and contrasting, there is no wind, nature seems to have frozen in anticipation of the approaching winter.
